I almost didn't go here because of the negative reviews. I'm glad I did! I went through the drive through, so no review for the inside. I got a 6 piece chicken strip basket (no drink) and a small strawberry chocolate blizzard. My hot food was all freshly made and hot! The blizzard was nice and thick. The lady at the window was friendly. I went at around 11 or noon on a Wednesday, did not have a long wait. My only complaint is that my order was 16 dollars, which is ridiculously expensive for fast food - but that's nothing the people working there can change, I realize these are normal prices for DQ.

I ordered a cake for pick up four days in advance. When I went to go pick it up it wasn’t ready. Would not suggest ordering anything you are relying on for pick up

The drive-thru speaker at this Dairy Queen just about blew out my eardrum. The volume was insanely loud, physically painful loud. No warning, no adjustment, just straight-up assault from the speaker. I mentioned it at the window and got a shrug. Ice cream was fine, but I’m not risking hearing damage for a Blizzard. Please fix your speaker.

SEATING
My experience was 5 star on this visit. The food and service were great, and the place was clean.
HOWEVER, if you're a larger person beware that the seating is fixed--meaning that the chairs and tables DO NOT move. So, if you or someone with you is on the larger side, skip dine-in and go through the drive-thru!!
This also may limit wheelchair use in the dining area.

So disappointing. We never splurge but decided we would tonight. I ordered a mini Snickers Blizzard. It was $5.00!!!! Sheesh. It was tini, runny and little to no Snickers. I guess I won't be splurging at DQ anymore. I didn't rate it as a one star only cause it's a local business.

Employee (looked to be the manager on shift) was very rude to some teenagers who came in, in a group to order food. She ushered them into a straight line so they were not in her way twice. Rather rude both times. The kids were all respectful and deserved to be treated the same in respect. Very disappointing to see an adult treat children like they are much lesser than them, when the boys appeared to have more manners.

I am truly sad at the service and food at andover DQ today, it's usually top notch. Ordered the meal deal and dries are soggy and taste like old oil, chicken strips are like nuggets. When did the quality change? The thing that really was disappointing is I paid to upgrade it for a small blizzard instead of sundae and it was like drinking milk it was so runny and it was a mini. Threw most of this 11 meal away.

Agree with many. They over work their blizzards into shakes, the DQ on Rock Rd or even Webb do Blizzards correctly. This isn’t meant to be soup.

Also, FIX your outdoor speaker -loudest and deafening drive through award goes to this place.
