I am super annoyed. I ordered a sandwich to have it delivered while I'm at work and I got a phone call stating they don't deliver to this address even though they delivered here on August 26th.

Usually I'm happy with everything. I mean I get what I order, it's hot (usually), delivery usually pretty speedy. So not too much to complain about regularly. I guess we just get comfortable in these times, and as long as it meets the thr minimal norm we don't give it a second thought. This time however was pretty disappointing to the point of I should have went to Pizza hut for the sandwich. I'm extremely disappointed and have to say this was the least amount of effort ever put forth to make a sandwich. The bread was barely toasted and the amount of meat was pathetic (ham) and the cheese was barely a sprinkle. So this time dominos your cooks bombed the order. I should've called and addressed it last night, but our delivery driver saved it and made the entire experience a hilarious encounter.

Just got a job here and can say the food is fresh, the service is quick, and the atmosphere is great. We have a wonderful time while we wait for carryout orders to appear. It can take some time for orders because they're made fresh to order, just fyi.

Service is key. The pizza could be better, but its baked in a roller oven so four stars is generous. It will get buy in a pinch when you need a pizz now, lol.

Our Driver Rica is the best. She’s always positive and helpful and kind. She’s been to our house many times to deliver and it’s always great. Food is hot and tasty. Thank you Rica and Dominos Andover

I have been ordering from this place for years and years. I would say there was a solid 5 year span where Dominos never disappointed. The price was fair, delivery was fast and the orders showed up correct. The past couple of years, however, have been really testing as a customer. This has to be the 4th time I've ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and it's shown up incorrect. This time there's no onions and NO HOT SAUCE on the BUFFALO chicken pizza. There is an abundance of cheese and large strips of chicken that weren't cut. I received a very cheesy chicken pizza. This is not what I ordered, or what I paid for.

Update: Placed another order for the same pizza and a dessert. I was brought a cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza. Called the store, third pizza is on the way apparently. Still waiting for the pizza I ordered at noon to arrive. At this point not sure I still want the pizza, but I am desperately hungry.

Should I have checked the pizza boxes before accepting the order? Absolutely. I, however, had customers in the store and placed my good faith in the employees who I regularly tip 35%. I doubt the third pizza shows up correctly, if it even shows up at all. At this point I'm too hungry to care and have settled for grabbing food from Great Wall next door. If the pizza shows up that's great, if it doesn't oh well.

Just called to speak to Randy... Randy didn't come to the phone. Was asked what I wanted I wanted to talk to him about his great customer service. But changed my mind. As I was hung up on 😪

Got the free emergency pizza but to make it any good you have to add things to make it palatable. Decided to order a pasta dish,too. DONT DO IT! There is enough to feed a toddler for over 7.00.We will never be back.
