I don’t typically leave reviews, let alone bad ones, but this dunkin has gone so far down hill. Ordered a sandwich that came out cold, asked them to warm it up and was given a new sandwich that was mangled and mushed. The new sandwich didn’t taste good either. We also waited in the drive through for 15 minutes with 3 cars in front of us. 2/10 experience.

Out of bacon and sausage at 8am, ordered the one breakfast sandwich they had and it was completely frozen, rude staff. Wasn’t like this a year ago, new owners???

The staff is always friendly. The store itself is clean, just neglected in being tidy and organized. The food I ordered was ok. I think the egg bites are too expensive. Love the hashbrowns.

Every time I do a moblie order it is never ready! I have to wait 10 minutes for them to fix it, after I get there. The driver thru is faster without pre ordering.

I applied for a job here a full month ago. I was taken aback by them totally forgetting about both of my interviews! I spoke with them on the phone instead. They said I had the job 10 days ago and I have been waiting for a job purposal. I don't know who has a month to be waiting for them to get their business together? But i do not. I withdraw my application.

Preface: I eat breakfast here everyday and have for 3 years, same order every day. $4-5k in food easy. They were out of Boston Kreme (happens pretty often honestly) and basically every other donut but wouldn’t replace it with a s’mores donut saying there was no way to do or charge for it. Apparently there are new owners threatening to fire the staff for anything like this.

Our order took forever, we dined in and got our drinks quickly, but I had to go up to the counter with my receipt and remind them that we ordered food. They had to keep asking if we wanted alternatives to what we ordered since they were out.

Don't go there in the morning if you're in a rush! You'll need 15 minutes when they aren't busy to sit & wait in drive-thru. Only 2 cars ahead of me & lobby empty. They don't know what they're doing & need lots of training.
