We got here an hour and 15 before close and the manager in the back was slamming things and openly yelling complaints the whole time! The person on register was very polite and the food was good, but the manager made the whole experience pretty bad!

The Andover KFC is reliable spot for a lunch meal in Andover. Whether is nuggets, a sandwich, or a potpie, there are typically quite prompt and gets the order right. One gal in particular is quite friendly and always has a big smile - that is not typical these days and one reason why I enjoy going to the drive-thru at this restaurant.

Dirty drive through, order point does work, but looks like it’s been vandalised. So when you’re waiting for “hello can it take your order” for 3 or four minutes, you’re not sure if it’s working. I got the wrong order, the chick was cold, and the bag had been , notably badly packed. Falls way short of expected KFC standards, which let’s face it are not that hard to achieve.
Call a plumber! As soon as you walk in the restaurant smells like sewer gas. I don't know how anyone can work inside this building. I was only inside 15 minutes and ended up with sewer gas poisoning in the form of a headache.

I had two thighs at Dillons, and they were good. $3. Decided on four more for dinner. Two original and two extra crispy. $12. The two originals were not edible. Dehydrated like leather. Sorry, but Dillons has my business in the future.
