TERRIBLE FOOD, TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE MANAGERS!!!!! Never will I EVER go back to any of these locations around Wichita. My man and I went here and sat down, took awhile before we got chips and salsa, THEN my man went to bite into his burrito ONLY to find a USED KITCHEN GLOVE inside the burrito. CAN YOU IMAGINE!!!!!! not a hair, not a burnt piece of food, not hot enough.....A WHOLE GLOVE....COOKED inside the burrito. I really thought that he was going to burn the place down after we left. We weren't handled with care when addressing it to the staff. Everyone scattered back to the kitchen. I HATE this place and will NEVER cheat on Casa Martinez EVER AGAIN!!!

We called in our order and though there was some language disconnect I had thought we had an understanding. Getting into the store to find out they definitely did not understand and had the order completely wrong, we got attitude and backsass when trying to fix it. After we got home (20 minutes away) we came to realize that not only did one of our dinners not come with any sides, everything tasted SO bad. Ive never had fajitas that were so dry I could hardly chew them.. or with tomato’s? That wasn’t on the item description. The beans had a foul after taste and overall it was just a terrible experience. Would not recommend.

Ordered door dash and they didn’t fill the order correctly. Called to resolve issue and the employee was nasty and rude. You just lost a faithful customer!

In town for a basketball tournament and took a party of 12 . Easily accommodated us and had great service! Reasonable prices and great food .

The food is very good when it is correct, over the last year we have had issues with each to-go order being complete. When you bring the food back to get corrected it seems to be an inconvenience to them. Definitely different service with take out than when dining in.
Edit: When I returned home with the corrected large queso with beef I see the beef was just a table spoon of beef thrown on top of the queso. Changed to 1 Star.

I’ve been here a few times and it’s always been great but this time we had the worst service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. My water was empty for 10 minutes and I finally had to walk up to the bar to get a refill. When our server finally came back I asked him for the check and to go boxes. 15 minutes went by and nothing so I had to ask someone else. Hope management improves the service because the food is really good.
