can't go there without them messing something up, customer service is horrible, have to make sure they make your order right or you get all of it or make sure it isn't cold, they act rude when you can't hear them on the speaker, the ordering board barely works, if i could put zero stars I would but I have to select one star

They forgot to give us our 2 mediums fries, our 4 piece nugget, and they put pickles on our burgers when we specifically said no pickle because my daughter is allergic. Terrible service. Will not be going back.

I'm so disappointed! Ordered in the drive thrua crispy chicken sandwich along with no salt on my fries... waited 30 minutes.. what I got was a dried out chicken patty in a bun and a salted fry. Tonight was a fail !!!!

Just stopped in and not only did we order in drive through but had to tell person at windows what we bought to put in the bags. Thankfully wasn't a big order but half or happy meal missing because we didn't list the contents individually.

15-20 minutes sitting waiting for curbside pickup only to find theyd marked the order as complete and forgot about it under the heat lamp. Forced me to go in and ask them to just give it to me directly. Then they had me fill my own drinks because they couldnt even be bothered to do that. Other people out in the curbside area were having to go in to ask for their orders too. It wasnt even lunch hour anymore.

When I ordered off the monopoly menu, instead of getting four pieces, I only got two. My egg and cheese biscuit didn’t come with one and my frap didn’t come with one. I’m no longer ordering breakfast from here. If it was advertised any size on the monopoly menu (on the app), should be honored.

One of the slowest McDonalds in a 10 mile radius. Only a few of the staff are super friendly and others just let their title get to their heads. Food is cold and soggy by the time you get to the window and you ask why it took them so long to still get cold and soggy food they tell you that you are being rude. Lol I ordered a 10pc nugget meal at 10pm and I waited 15 min for it. Really?. Seldom visit this place and really now only go to get my son breakfast before school when he doesn’t have time to eat at home.

Went again today for breakfast and again today received onions on what was supposed to be a sausage egg and cheese biscuit, it was nasty. The worse part is the fact that onion allergen is very real. Poor training and improper procedures/management seem to be a very real problem
