I took my daughter out for lunch today and she suggested we go to Metro Bistro. I had the Boss with an order of kettle chips. My daughter had the Cuban sandwich with a side of kettle chips. Both sandwiches were so full of flavor and looked amazing. The kettle chips were made fresh and there was an enormous amount for the price. Needless to say we had to get to go boxes. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

I live 30 minutes away and I use any excuse to end up in Andover to eat here. We have had the Cuban and the original which get great family reviews, as do the kids meal, but for me… I am obsessed with The Veg sandwich. Whoever put these flavors together knows food. Chips and mango with mushrooms? It works. It’s my favorite veggie sandwich in town. Somehow the Parmesan on the bread works and even though a messy nightmare it’s worth the napkins!! We are huge fans of the homemade chips (although sometimes they are a little spicy and we end up coughing… and eating more) and we love to dip them in one of their sauces. I think called the boom sauce?! Maybe I pick bad times to go, but it worries me how empty they are when I go. Once it was only me for about an hour. Give them some love; it’s delicious!

We saw Wichita by EB's review and decided to give it a try. We're so glad we did! We shared the bruschetta, Peppadew pasta and the bomb sandwich. The bruschetta was served on two halves of an Italian roll. Both halves also sprinkled generously with parmesan. Very flavorful. Everything I heard about the bomb was spot on. The chicken was perfectly cooked, and tender. The flavor was magnificent. Also true about the chicken in the Peppadew pasta dish! This one also packed full of flavor with a slight bit of heat. The flavor is so unique and delicious! We finished our meal with the tiramisu and bananas foster. The tiramisu was great but the bananas foster was the best I've ever had. Just order it. You won't be sorry. Service was excellent as well! Their coffee and tea is from prairiefire and both are my favorite so that also gives them extra bonus points in my book. If I could give more stars, I would.

The service was great and so was the food. All of the veggies were fresh and the bread was freshly toasted. Over all it felt very welcoming.

Lovely little gem in Andover! Pasta was delicious, even my 10 year old approved. Dessert was to die for! Service exceptional, a must-try if you've never been!!

Stopped in for a late lunch. Had the poblano cheese soup, which was excellent, and The Bomb sandwich. Unique and good food with a cozy atmosphere

Had high hopes for this establishment as it is close to home. Good location and has a nice vibe. Main course was delicious (pappadew chicken) but could not understand why the chicken was chopped into such tiny pieces…Tiramisu was old ,tired, mealy and soggy. Service was horrible..having two waitresses staffed made no difference as there was only three table when we entered. Slow and undertrained, communication was difficult, and it took forever and a day for her to serve dessert, and we were the only table at the time. Improving staff and quality control would make a huge improvement.

The only thing better than the food was the service! Great place with tasty food. I'll be back!

I very seldom write reviews, but this place exceeded expectations. My partner had the steak that she said was one of the best she has had in a very long time – and she is very picky. I had pasta which had a wonderful flavor and it was cooked al dente, not over cooked as is so often the case. This will become one of our regular stops for dinner. As we were complementing the chef on the way out, another patron said that he had discovered Metro Bistro a month ago and has been back eight times.

Love metro bistro. I always enjoy the Tuscan chicken sandwich and arugula salad. Yum!
