Papa John’s in Andover has great service lead by Renee Hoffman! Even if they are busy she ensures you will have the correct order in a timely manner! Great food, even better customer service! I recommend the papadias!

I love the Papa Johns. Always a consistently good pizza. I don't know if it's just the Andover location, but it is absolute trash that they have the time to answer the phone just to tell me that they will not take my order unless I order online. Ill understand if you tell me I have an hour wait, but don't answer the phone to turn down my money. Whoever manages that place should be fired, and if it goes under, I hope it shocks no one.

Hands down worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Manager not only ran me off but refused to deliver. Not sure what he is doing in his office that can’t be disturbed in the evenings. But upper management needs to look into the service the guy in glasses gives

The pizza was the best I’ve had from PJs in a long time. That said, my order was taken over the phone by an employee named Italia. She was nice enough, but seemed annoyed that I had called at all. Upon arrival to collect my order, I learned there was a misunderstanding about the total cost of the order. I was willing to pay the higher price, but I was greeted with a rude attitude when I asked about the discrepancy. I was caught by surprise, given the amiable attitude I normally receive from other employees. Overall, a good food experience, but at best a mediocre customer service experience this time.

All of our pizzas was burnt. Called for a refund and it never went through. Called back 5 days later and was told I was given a store credit. Asked for a refund again. Hopefully it’s done right this time.

I cannot understand how on a Thursday night it takes 55 minutes for a carry out order with one pizza with only one topping, cheese sticks, two of their papadia. I could order from any other pizza place in Andover and it would be half the time. I will do that next time! This is the third time carry out has taken this long. Papa Johns you’ve disappointed me too many times! Ridiculous!!
This Papa Johns seems to struggle keeping staff nevertheless they always have my pizza ready when I order ahead. I would advise playing upon arrival to assure they have not given your pizza to another customer (happened previously). The customer service at this place is always suitable for fast food, if anything they all work together in order to deliver for the community. I am sure of this papa johns ever had a full staff they would excel!

The worst customer service we have ever received. We called in a head for a pizza to be pick up @510 pm Saturday. Their response was we can't have it ready until about 6 pm. If you are short on help, hire some more. This is the store in Andover ks. We will never order from them. They dont even deserve a one stare.

I ordered extra crispy and I got quick extra dough. Then they threatened me to give me a credit on my next order. I don't eat dough hopefully they will give me my money back tomorrow. Papa John's is good this place is not. Beware !!!

The delivery times just keep getting longer. Nearly 2 hrs for a couple of pizzas on a Tuesday night. The pizza quality is hit or miss. I’ve gotten cold or burnt pizzas lately.
