While there are better places to get pizza, Pizza Hut pizza is like eating ketchup on a cracker (thin crust) or an oil soaked kitchen sponge (pan), the service was outstanding here. The lady at the pickup window provided fast, friendly service with a smile. She even put a little accessory baggy together to include plates, napkins, red pepper and Parmesan cheese packets.

My wife and I celebrated 40 years since we met on a blind date at Pizza Hut May 18th. Outstanding quality of pizza. We had a thick crust super supreme (minus the mushrooms). Our waitress did an outstanding job! Tipped over 100% on the bill.
We waited an hour for our pizza and my wife called to see what was going on with it. The rude employee couldnt find the order, had an attitude, and refused to refund the order after well over an hour and a half. We had to go in store. Not pleasant. When I identified who was so disrespectful I asked she not speak to me and get her manager. I was willing and rightfully about to call the cops its blatant theft. The manager came out I spoke clear and directly and provided her with the details for the refund. It was processed 45 seconds after speaking with the manager. Management did well here to put out a fire and thats the only reason you get 5 stars. Ive worked customer service my whole life. I get it. Hopefully I get the reciept emailed to me when the registers closed as agreed, then I will be happy. Thank you for correcting an employee error.

Still my go to Pizza for carry-out or delivery. I'm marking the atmosphere down because the prices have gotten higher thant I think is reasonable - paid over $30 for a couple of medium specialty pizzas for carry out the other day. This is another company that makes you work too hard to find discounts that should just be part of a better pricing model.
