Terrible. Placed an order online at 5:21 for about a 45 minute delivery time. 2 hours later and nothing. They didn't call. They didn't email. Nothing... It's a terrible Pizza Hut franchise.

Love love love this Pizza Hut just know that if you order online and you put something in the “special instructions” it’s probably not going to go through… So I always call and make sure… It’s because I order my pizza weird. The special instructions not going through on the website isn’t their fault. They are amazing!

You're better off making your own at papa murphys or buying frozen. Works if you have a coupon, otherwise theres no reason to lower the quality of your meal to this level.

While there are better places to get pizza, Pizza Hut pizza is like eating ketchup on a cracker (thin crust) or an oil soaked kitchen sponge (pan), the service was outstanding here. The lady at the pickup window provided fast, friendly service with a smile. She even put a little accessory baggy together to include plates, napkins, red pepper and Parmesan cheese packets.
