I can not believe this location is still open. Me and my daughter have tried to get dessert with them 3 times now and have yet to receive anything. We sat with a blinking light for almost 15 minutes one time and this time we were quickly greeted and asked to wait. No problem. Except the wait was over 5 minutes long and then when we tried to order a hot fudge Sunday we were told it's going to be another 20 minutes. This location should be shut down if they're not even going to serve customers. They repeatedly went out front to talk to their table full of teenage friends. Probably 15 kids. Andover is not exactly known for customer service and this is by far the worst customer service in town.

the customer service was slightly giving impatient and rude the employee katelynn wouldn’t give us a second to tell what all we wanted on are food and would mess up and we had to tell her 2 times when she would mess up and wouldn’t wait to hear what all are order was and it wasn’t a super big order and at the end she said anything else 3 time in a row stubborn when we said that was all the first

Ordered on the mobile app and nothing came out right. Ordered no cheese and no mayo on my burger and they sent it out dripping in it…sent it back…15 mins later had to check. They never remade it so still waiting…time will tell if I’ll ever get the order but the rest of my order is getting cold in the meantime.
I ordered a Brazberry iced tea and it took forever for me to get it by the time I got it.The ice was melted in it and it tasted.Horrible will not go back to that one in andover kansas
Ordered a Frito Chil wrap... apparently it's a Frito wrap!!! Barely any actual chili, and no cheese....very disappointing!!!!

I frequent this Sonic been regularly like at least 3X a week. They have forgotten Ranch for the cheddar bites, given me Mozzarella sticks instead of Cheddar Bites, Given me a small (full of ice) when I ordered a Medium drink…no cheese with the Pretzel. Kim is absolutely amazing but besides that things have seriously gone down hill.
