Came here on Christmas day a few minutes after 11 am because Starbucks was the only place actually open. This location was also supposed to be open but it wasn't. Two vehicles parked assumingly belonging to employees and even saw one employee inside with a headset on. Went through the drive through line twice and sat there for a minute, even asking if they were open and got no response. Tried the lobby door and it was locked. Watched at least 4 other people also attempt to go through the drive through or into the lobby and end up leaving. I understand not being open on Christmas, but if you say you're going to be open and employees are in the store then theres no reason to be closed. Left very upset and went to a different Starbucks location that was open like they were supposed to be and got what I wanted. Definitely never even attempting to go here again.

I had a rough night prior. I was beyond exhausted and was really wanting a cup of white mocha latte but didnt really have alot of extra money. I went inside with some money leftover on a giftcard and some change. I asked the barista ( Allison Song) what I could get similar to a white chocolate mocha for the least amount. She worked some magic and got me one with the little money I had. To some it was just a cup of coffee, but to me it made my day. That cup was a small moment of peace and calm in my chaotic life. I told her thank you so many times. She made my day ❤️

New location inside is modern and very clean Had Americano and banana nut . It’s Starbucks , the draw for me is the patio seating . Dog friendly place with comfortable seating .

I have been ordering a trenta iced coffee blended for YEARS! Today I went to this location and paid extra ordering on the app to have my drink blended, they refused to blend it and no manager there to dispute this

Staff is extremely Loud when talking among themselves. Customers come in to study or talk with their friends and the constant LOUD chatter among staff is distracting. I’m all for a fun work atmosphere but also be considerate of your customers.

I mean it's Starbucks, it's a newer building so mostly very nice. But the chairs at the tables both myself and my friend (neither sized XL) felt that we were too big for the wood chairs. There are 4 arm chairs that are comfortable. Other than feeling judged by furniture and my order being nameless it was a fine visit the coffee was as expected.

I ordered a matcha green tea without ice and age gave me only half cup. The old lady who made the drink don’t know how to make it. The tea was very bad. Before even I say anything she threw my receipt away and no label on my cup either. I will never order a drink from there. They don’t know customer service. They need to do training on how to talk with customer. Very rude people . I wouldn’t suggest anyone for this Starbucks ever.

I’ve never had a bad coffee from this location! How smart to have this one in a grocery store! And best of all, I still get fuel points because it’s inside of a Dillon’s! 😄
