I ordered 2 cantina chicken tacos and the new dipping burritos. I open up my tacos they’re all crushed and smashed into small pieces. And the burritos are the size of my picky. Everytime I’ve been to this Taco Bell I get terrible food, always small portions and bad customer service. Never recommend to anyone. Go to the Taco Bell on East Kellogg.

Genuinely the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. It’s actually ridiculous. I have never had a correct order fulfilled. Food is always soggy and the employees are rude and anti-social. I would recommend driving to ANY Taco Bell but this one.

Orders are consistently wrong, shells are often stale, portion sizes aren't to scale, and sometimes the people working there seem like they don't want you eating there, lol. Also, it's dirty... The bathroom is more dangerous than Chernobyl.

Water for help, couldn't use keosk said it would send me a code didn't, then it was an inconvenience, to help me, then my order was wrong!!!! Avoid this location unless yo drive thru, and don't leave till you check your order. Disapointed!!!!

This is the absolute worst taco bell do not go here!!!!! It's worth the drive to Augusta or east Wichita. 90% of the time their shells taste stale and like old grease. They forgot half our order, gave us frozen nacho fries and buried the Mexican pizza under all the food so all the toppings were stuck to the lid(very normal practice for them). When we try to call to get refunded for the food they didn't give us they don't answer.

So there I was. Ordering my Taco Bell. Order food then I wanted verde sauce. Find out they now charge for it. Is what it is. Also ask for a bunch of FIRE sauce. Get home they give me a bag FULL of HOT sauce. Also they messed up the tacos I ordered..no lettuce add sour cream. They still had lettuce and no sour cream..all 5 of them. I drive back to get the verde sauce I actually paid for just to have the guy with a terrible beard tell me sorry you asked for extra hot sauce toss it in my hand and say have a great day while he shut the window and locked it. Like have better customer service! It’s your only job! To be nice and make taco’s.

I don't know if we get lucky every time we drive thru, but our food is always accurate, fresh, and good. The service is pretty slow, but if the trade off is freshly made food, I'm ok with it.
I went through the drive-Through 9/26/2024 Was given the wrong order and of course I got all the way home before I realized it. Went back to get their order corrected when the employee hand in my bag I said do you have my three tacos and burrito in there and he replied “yes” Upon arriving home, I looked in the bag, and there were no burritos in the sack at all! Not once, but twice they messed up our order.
