Order took half an hour with only 1 person ahead. They were too busy flipping off their friends in the drive through.
When we got to the window they had us pull forward because they still weren't ready, but were able to fill four people's orders before finally getting to ours. When questioned instead of owning up to their error they claimed I changed the name. As if I were trying to throw them off on purpose? Because I totally wanted to wait even longer?
Complete lack of accountability and highly unprofessional. Do better.

Ordered on the app , went to the drive thru and the guy at the drive thru asked if everything on the screen was correct and as I looked on the screen he said ok thanks pull to the window, so I didn't know what the screen said so I pulled forward (having my app that told me exactly what I ordered ) I wasn't too concerned, but we got our food got home and we were short AGAIN so I called not only was short it was all wrong ,so had to drive across town just to get the new food but dang it wasn't right either .....Im not going back again

All of my online order was wrong, cheesy burrito had no cheese, crunchy tacos had burned steak pieces not taco meat, cantina quesadilla had no cheese and don’t get me started on the Mexican pizza

my tacos were wrong and did not get my taco for number 7. There counter register never works using a credit card but someone will go in there later during the day and it works. Going to taco tico in Augusta from now on

I come from Augusta to the Andover location because it’s just better. Sometimes Andover will forget sauce or a modification but if I point it out they always fix it.

The Bell, is slowly getting tired.. if no one cares about the employees, and no employees care about their work, no burrito is gonna taste good.. plus, prices just keep going up and the ingredients are pretty garbage (just in general)..
