Best BBQ I’ve had in a while, Crystal went above and beyond to provide service with a smile. It was my first time eating here and I will definitely be back. The pulled pork and tater salad was my favorite. Thank you for your outstanding customer service.
Management and staff were extremely nice, welcoming and good customer service, however the food is clearly pre packaged bbq, was very salty, meat was pretty dry and not much flavor. overall good experience considering being under new management, just need too work on a few things about the food.

I used to hate Billy Sims because their service was bad and food was too dry and no flavor, but what ever the new manager is doing with her team is working because I've been back twice now and things are way better now the food is hot, fresh, moist, and full of flavor. The ones working the line didnt miss a beat, and manager is probably the best one they've had in there. Keep it up! We will be back!

We dined in and they had door standing open on chilly rainy day. We had goose bumps as we ate and food cooled off fast while we ate.
This isn't a review about their food. It's more about the LACK of food. We went in about 6 on Sunday, party of 8. The couple in front of us left when they were told there were no ribs. We were told not only were there no ribs, they had no corn, no okra, no potatoes. We also left. I called the next day to see if all choices were available for lunch. We were told yes, everything is available and was told it should have been available the previous day. Wanting to give it a try we went in 30 minutes later, we tried placing an order and we were again told they had no potatoes. No idea what else wasn't available. We didn't stick around to find out. Hard to believe that in the middle of Kansas, there are no potatoes or corn to be found, especially at a place that professes to be a BBQ restaurant!

Pickle juice all over my dinner box my meal is soaked! Can’t get it replaced and can’t get my refund until a general manager comes in “because it’s a process” to refund back to my card. Chicken is not seasoned, they forgot my Mac and cheese, never going back there.
