Your Arkansas City, KS store has terrible customer service. They messed up on my order twice and when I called to complain about it after they told me previously they would make sure it was right the second time and it wasn't I got hung up on by one of the employees and I called back a fourth time and your manager hung up on me.

I’m never ordering from here again. I prepaid for an order that their tracker said was delivered and it never showed up. Tried to call them and the phone just rings until an auto disconnect. So upset right now.

ordered one time said it would be out within 35 to 40 minutes and an hour hour and a half later we called they said sorry will bring it out now an hour later I called back still did not have the order correct ordered cheesy pepperoni cheese stick, whatever the hell they are and you still messed up you sent me extra you give me a free cookie and it was not right I'm very upset I need to be compensated for the last 2 1/2 hours of my life. I can never get back. good day!

I order loaded tots both Philly and the 3 cheese. The Philly had 2 pieces of meat and hardly any cheese. The 3 cheese had even less cheese. They were so dry and lacking of cheese that they just rolled around in the container. The pizza that I order was awful as well. I paid for extra cheese and it was clearly not there. The pizza was dry and hard. I ordered this online but picked it up from the store. I am staying at the hotel because I am from another state. I ordered dipping sauce that i did not get. I called to see if they would bring it to me since it was their mistake. They said they would have to charge me a delivery fee. Why should I pay for their mistake. I won't ever go there again.
We live in a little town and the young girl in there is very very polite professional their pizzas are just excellent they're fresh and their deals are pretty good too and they're very efficient I know more than order and punch it on my phone and then drive around another quarter and she's pulling out of the oven and that's what I'm talking about 5 minutes is done but very good service I would recommend Domino's Pizza in ark City to anyone Steven Lyon yep that's me

After severe burnout due to a previous employer, I wasn't exactly the most reliable while working here. Still, management here was very understanding when it came to my struggling mental health and worked with me until I left. They are kind and make itba point to have fun, even during stressful rushes. Donal, Chris, and Sognira are by far some of the best managers I've had. NOT ONCE did I ever witness any kind of pest infestation, which is a plus given how many places in this town I've worked that have struggled with maintaining a pest-free workplaceAs a customer, I am pleased to say that the food is always fresh and delicious. The delivery drivers are friendly and on time. Very rarely have I had any mishaps where an item was forgotten. Overall, this is a quality store.
