LaFiesta Authentic Mexican Restaurant

We loved this place but not anymore. Poor service and a genetically challenged 10 year old for dairy apparently sent our hateful waitress into angry mode. Orders were wrong, they scraped cheese off when asked for no cheese, and now we have a medical issue.

Dietary restrictions: They normally catch any dairy on a plate, but this waitress just got angry. Half way through her plate, my daughter found melted cheese. If it was payback for the waitress not.listening the first time and having to take it back, that's pretty sad. she argued with me about what I ordered. Now we have problems. Medically. Someone else ordered red sauce and got cheese sauce. Worst experience and we go here aLOT. No more.

Lousy raw rice beans half cold. Ordered Kennedy special asked for cheese enchilada instead got beef.Beef tastes like it's got soy. Only good thing was drinks. Not coming back

I wanted to share pictures of the roach that came inside of my daughter’s chicken tacos but there isn’t an option to do so. I left messages for a manager to call me back and nobody has responded. We use to eat there regularly till this happened last week. No call back no compensation.

We googled Mexican restaurants in Ark City and this one came up. We thought we would try it. OMG , it did not disappoint!! Very good

Food is always good and tasty. Love the Pollo Hawaiiano... super good. But everything I've eaten has always been good. Service and atmosphere is good. It's always our go to in town with the most flavor. Best margaritas too.
