Don't waste your time or money! My group of 3 showed up at 1230 for lunch, there is NO buffet. The restaurant is floors are dirty. Nothing but static coming across the restaurant speakers. The place is empty and it still took almost 20 minutes to get our 1 pizza. And it was still doughy (not fully cooked). $30 for 3 drinks and 1 large pizza. OUTRAGEOUS!

We were looking forward to pizza, beer and the first game of the NFL season. Hubby and I thought Pizza Hut in Ark City would be the go to place for that. First we were highly disappointed to find they didn’t have the CHIEFS game, the bathroom was disgusting, most of the employees were on their personal phones, we had to go to counter to get containers for leftovers because our waitress never came back. Then as we were paying our bill at the counter another girl says “ I’m sorry we don’t have cable, that’s on corporate.” So I decided to call Winfield Pizza Hut when we got home, just to see if they had tonight’s game, well lo and behold they had it. Well all I can say is…corporate my butt and I think we will stay home for pizza, beer and football moving forward.

Ordered two large hand tossed pepperoni pizzas well done. Received two large thin crust, doe was gummie and not cooked like I asked.!!
Prior to going to the restaurant on 06/12/24, we checked to see the store hours. Online said that they were open until 10PM. On the restaurant door, it listed the closing time as 9PM. It was 8:40 and we went in to ask which time was correct. There were four employees who watched us come through the doors and they all immediately went to the back, food prep area. After waiting for a few moments we tried to get the attention of the one employee who poked his head out to see if we were still there. After a few more moments of being ignored, we left. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had, dealing with food service. I won't be going back. I'll go to Casey's or Domino's.

This place has gone so far down hill… last week I ordered a pizza for delivery and the driver made me take my own pizza out of the warmer bag. I called and spoke with a manager and they said they would address the issue. I just ordered again.. same thing and he forgot my 2 liter then came back with the wrong type of soda entirely. He was rude to me both times. I tried to call again to let them know but I was immediately hung up on. Probably because they recognized the number. Horrible experience constantly.

So I typically don't do bad reviews but come on. The staff was unprofessional they were cussing so loud we could here there entire conversations. Food was lousy I shared a sandwich with in of the people In our party and it was cut 80/20. The pizzas were cold. Just a sad dine in
