Second time in a row now that I've got fries that were seemingly scraped from the bottom of the bin. Tiny little pieces of fries that are super greasy. And this time I had brown, rotted lettuce on my chicken sandwich. The quality of this place is atrocious. I will not be going back.

If I could give a 0 I would. Went and ordered a large sweet tea with lemon and received unsweet tea. I asked them to fix it for me and they took my drink from me and then brought the same drink back to me. They always mess up drink orders.

I don't know who is in charge of this store, but it's run very unprofessional and very sloppy. I see 1 car hop running and taking care of the customers while the rest of the employees seem to behave like unruly kids! One young man is always flirting and hitting on girls like he's a Casanova. I will not be back to this Sonic and I will be sure to let my friends and family know how poorly operated it is

I came here with two friends they pressed the button to order two large drinks I ordered mine online and was going to check in when they got their drinks. Tell me why we had to press the button two more times to tell them they hadn’t got their drinks yet. Now it won’t even let me check in because we waited an hour for their drinks. Safe to say I won’t be coming back!

Short handed and out of just about everything, including ice cream, got drinks with flavoring, tasted like straight C02 no syrup. We advised about our drinks, was told will be remade, after 20 mins, and everyone coming and going after all this we pushed button once more, young lady was very apologetic, and we had our drinks in less than 2 mins. Seems like she was the only one who had it together there at that time, she kept cool and tried to do her job to the best of her ability, despite the lack of inventory , thanks girl, you should have a class and teach these youngsters the ropes. They can learn a thing or 2 from you. Good Job
