Sandwich was normal. I stood near the counter waiting while they made a lady's sandwich. They finished her sandwich and then proceeded to ignore me and have conversations about when they must see their PO next. Then when I got there attention to let them know I am not here to just stand in the lobby, they were rude af. The place was mostly clean but they were missing entire rows of chips and almost out of cookies. Plus the girl, who now I know is on probation, starts getting bread out the oven. Takes her sweet time doing so and the last few trays come out EXTRA CRISPY. Lazy and stupid place. Subway should do something about this location it is an embarrassment on Jarod scales.

I normally like this subways, but the last several times I have gotten food here through the app, they get my order wrong every time. Tonight I ordered 2 sandwich's 1 of them was made mostly right and the other one.. so poorly it was mostly bread and a few small pieces of meat. There was no extra lettuce, spinach, cucumbers, ect. Barely had any of the veggies I asked for, and I paid the extra for avocado, and there was not a single bit on the sandwich. Service was not great either, tried going through the drive through for pick up first, and was ignored there, even though their sign said the drive through was still open. So I went inside, and was ignored there for awhile too, tell finally being noticed. I am sad to say, I may start just making the extra 12 minute drive to Winfield if I want subways, at least they get my sandwich right every single time, and never skimp on the veggies, meat, or forget the extras I pay for. Plus, Service has always been great there. Very disappointing that this has become a thing with Arkcity's subway. Used to always have good service and properly made food. Not anymore.

We have eaten here 3 times now. I haven't been pleased at any visit so I decided to post a review with this visit. I ordered 2 sandwiches. The first was a cold cut with pickles, extra tomatoes, and mustard. Received no tomatoes at all on hard stale bread. Sandwich 2 was a veggie with all veggies except cucumbers. Asked for extra green peppers and received 2 small pieces. Extra lettuce amounted to maybe a pinch on each half. It was brown and gross. No onions at all and received 1 piece of pickle. I did get three slices of tomato but only one half of a piece of provolone cheese. Hard stale bread was essentially what I got to eat for lunch today. If I could rate less than one star I would.

Only get to enjoy Subway when we have a coupon & was very pleased that they honored it on the sandwiches we actually wanted. They were super busy but we could tell they were trying their best so wasn't upset about our wait.

Got 3 sub sandwiches and I’ll tell ya it’s not worth spending $50 plus dollars. The lettuce was turning orange and when asked if they had fresh lettuce they brought out more lettuce that was orange gross.. do better The service was not great.
