We have a very large family consisting of seven people and have only had one mess up in our order and it was an honest mistake at which the crew corrected we enjoy the $5 Cravings boxes and look forward to them changing often to try out new items.
The recept will not work with the app you try and put it in manually, and it says the recept is invalid and I ordered a taco pizza, and it only had tomatoes on half of the pizza all the employees would say there was nothing they could do.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because I waited FOREVER for my food. I am sure I waited 20+ minutes. The workers were very nice and the breakfast was delicious but the wait time was horrible.

Good portions in the tacos were non existent!!! Customer service lacked a lot to be desired!!! Management was rude to wife. Employee threw food on the counter. I will not be returning to this establishment. I will advise anyone I know to avoid this poor excuse for a Taco Bell.

Y’all can never get an order right. Every time we go through the drive thru, y’all forget something. For the food you serve, I’m about over going here just to have missing items. It’s one thing if they’re busy but come on, there was no one in the drive thru and one person inside who seemed to be family with a worker there, there should be no excuses for missing something when you’re slow like that.

I think I'll Taco Bells have a problem with not wanting to waste product and that's understandable but the first chalupa is necessary every time no one should ever get a stale children's because someone is too lazy to make it fresh and I've noticed that the level of experience in their drive-
I had the box meal and the fries and taco and burritos were all great.
