Loved our only Wendy's we've had forever 10 miles away till the kids burnt it down so now Wendys is now about 1 hr away from us now! Geez, you need to hire people that care!!!!

I've visited Wendy's locations all over the US, and this has consistently been one of the very best I've ever been to. The food is always top notch in both taste and accuracy, I've never customized an item and had them get it wrong. The lobby is always clean and the staff are amongst the friendliest you'll find at any fast food place.

I visited this place yesterday. Wendy's has great burgers, fries and frostys. The only complaint I have is, the AC unit was not working in the dining room. It was really hot in there. I asked the employees if the air conditioner was working and they said it hasn't been working for over two weeks. That's a serious problem. I hope this gets it fixed.

Ordered $23 dollars worth of food and was refused service by the worker. blonde girl with a mouth yelling at us the customer from the window. Very upset with this and we're basically told the manager wouldn't care about how we were treated.

I went in the drive through too order two biggie bags, I asked for a large on one of the drinks and they gave me a small. They gave us broken straws. The lady was in such a hurry I couldn't tell her no tomatoes on one of the sandwiches. Mind you they were not busy at all and I was the only one in the drive through. Then when I got home to eat I saw that they only filled the fries and chicken nuggets halfway. Absolutely disappointed in this place.
