My family and I were traveling from New Mexico on our journey back to Wisconsin when my youngest daughter had to use a rest room when we pulled in to Arlington from what I could see on Main Street was a few shops and the diner around 4:30 p.m. Everyone was so polite and I wanted to leave money for us using the rest room (which I did) As I was waiting for my 2 younger daughters I was thinking to myself I a drained/tired I wish we had time to sit down and eat. Moments later the rest of my family walked in and we decided to sit down and eat. The conversation with the wait staff, and the food were all amazing!! This place should be a destination stop 🛑 and will be for our family anytime we head the direction of Kansas. If they ask if you would like any dessert even if your feeling full take a to go piece of cake or pie well worth it!! The money we had left for using the rest room was re gifted to our daughters for “keeping the restrooms clean” Thank you again for a great experience and welcome!! We will be back!! 11 hours and 30 minute drive 😀😀

Vegetarian options: I had the grilled cheese mushroom tomato sandwich and fries!! Very flavorful and filling!! Also the sweet tea was perfect!

I post this as I visited this restaurant often 30 years ago simply because they made the best donuts or cinnamon rolls I've ever, repeat, ever ate.
