I am a first time customer that tried to place a 24hr "to go" order at Carolyns. It was for this Saturday. These instructions of calling in advance is on there website. So during my phone call today, I was informed that I needed to call 48hrs instead, not 24hrs per there website. I was also hung up on while I was still talking. So not that this matters to your company, but this was for my mother-in-laws birthday in Kingman, KS. I originally had plans to drive 30 minutes out of my way to place an order to your business. So thank you for not giving me another option. Thank you for being rude and disrespectful to me today. And thank you for making the decision to NEVER go to your place of business. I am sure that your food is awesome. But your customer service isn't. I unfortunately will never know. So to the public that reads this.... Good luck. Also, I really don't need a response back. Your business already had that chance today and blew it. Take care and good luck with being better to possible new customers.
