Kid-friendliness: Have a wonderful staff who are kind and pleasant? 2? Children, not to mention a selection of donuts that are appealing to children.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility, I believe is available in front as well as back. However it is narrow.

I like them but I personally don't feel they are what worth all the hype. That's just me though... my daughter and GF love them! The employees are super friendly though so that makes it better t n an any donut.

Always a great experience. Staff are kind. Their donut varieties are delicious. My personal favorite is the raspberry filled & my hubby enjoys the pineapple filled donuts and their glazed donut holes: "they're the perfect donut/glaze ratio. They melt in your mouth"
