I forgot to take pictures but WOW!!! The cream puffs, tarts, and apple pie are delishious!!! Prices are very reasonable. Atchison, you have a good thing here!! Keep this bakery in business!! Not from Atchison? Make it a day visit and stop in. It is worth the drive!!

Absolutely amazing. I ordered a cake for our son’s First Holy Communion. I was told that the design will be done as inspiration hits, which was totally great! I trusted their creative take. I am so glad that I did! They created a true work of art. Everyone was amazed and awed by the beauty of the cake. Truly beautiful. I cannot say enough great things about this. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

I love Domenique's! Great baked goods all the time. My favorites are the delectable pumpkin cake, huge almond croissant, and any of the breads. The staff is always great and can tell you all about their products.

We were delighted to hear about Domenique’s, as we once lived in France and miss the delicious pastries we used to enjoy. Not any longer! After going to Domenique’s multiple times, and tasting their many delicious pastries and desserts, we realize we have a French gem right here in Atchison! What a find! It’s a beautiful little shop, and the staff is just lovely. I highly recommend it!

If you haven't discovered this cute bakery in Atchison, KS, you really need to! It is fantastic! After perusing the farmers market on the next block, I decided to stop in for some bread and a treat. I selected the sourdough, a lime tart, and pumpkin torte to take with me back to Chicago. Surprisingly, the tart kept well in a cooler bag for the entire 7 hour trip and looked almost as it did in the display case (until I devoured it). The pumpkin torte did not make it all the way home...I got hungry! While speaking with the baker, Mary, I decided to enjoy a cup of coffee and a cookie. The cookie!!! Oh...my.... It was a chewy ginger cookie that was AMAZING! I could eat a dozen of these. Such a delicious flavor and the texture was perfect. It was a very nice complement to the coffee. The coffee is by Mystic Monk and it was so good I decided to buy some to take home too. I was disappointed I didn't get to try the croissants - must get there earlier, they go fast!!! The only downside to this place is carry out only, but that's perfect for a nice grab n go or visit to the park by the river. I can't wait to go back and try more treats from Domenique's. The prices are super reasonable and everything was delicious.
