The manger and all 5 of the workers hanging and not doing anything while there is 7 cars in the drive thru and this complaint came from the front of the line

While traveling my husband and I decided to stop here to use the restroom. The main bathrooms at the back of the building are out of order, and they informed us that there was one family restroom in the front dining room. No big deal. But to our dismay... the soap dispenser was not functioning. Upon further investigation my husband determined that the soap dispenser simply needed batteries.... he informed the manager and we went on about visiting the town. Before leaving we went back. Just to see if the issue had been resolved.. considering that the workers are clearly not washing there hands after using the only available restroom. Again the soap dispenser was NOT FUNCTIONING. MY HUSBAND AGAIN TALKED TO THE MANAGER AND THEM PROCEEDED TO INSTALL THE BATTERIES FOR THEM. They clearly had time to do so as both times multiple employees were outside taking smoke breaks... Im guessing hand washing after that probably wasn't a priority for them EITHER. On top of that the only available bathroom was filthy.

At least an hour ago I ordered a caramel frappe at this McDonald's. When I saw that they had put in very little caramel, I asked if they could please add a little more. The girl responded rudely that if I wanted more caramel, I would have to pay, that what I had put in was enough and that she wouldn't put in any more. Now I see why this McDonald's has such a bad rating.

it isn’t so much the food or service is bad. my issues are with greed. going thru the drive-thru, i requested two sweet & sour sauces for my meal. i was told they would be .25 cents each. Seriously, for condiments? i had the staff refund my purchase and i went to sonic where i got free condiments!

Bad service and bad food. How hard is it to assemble a burger or a breakfast burito correctly? Order on the app then get to the resturant to wait 15 minutes, dont waste your time on this location.

I went to early morning I'm not sure what day how do you know the owner of the building was working very rude guy I guess it took me a little too long to order my food and he decided to yell at me and tell me how I need to order or leave I wasn't hurting anything and there were few people in the lobby I honestly I thought the free Wi-Fi was so people would come there and want to hang out

They always forget at least one sandwich every time we order and the ones we do receive are old and missing half the condiments that are supposed to be on them. Not to mention the drive through takes 20-40 minutes no matter the time of day that I go.
