Order got sent to wrong address, I called to cancel and get a refund. Manger said he’d look into it and call me back, nothing. I called customer support, they replied saying someone would reach out. Been almost a month and no refund. Straight up theft. That’s Pizza Hut for you. I guess there are plenty of places that can out pizza the hut.

Ate there buffet and they only put out 3 pizzas that were horrible asked them if they could make a thin crust they said the manager wasn't making anymore pizza until more customers showed up. And on top of that I've seen a better salad buffet after cutting my lawn.

Pizza Hut usually doesn’t disappoint me, but this location did.
The waitress kept misunderstanding me. I was with two friends and asked for three separate bills. Instead, she gave us two identical bills, essentially double-charging us. I had to explain it to her twice to get it fixed.
The food was good, but the breadsticks were completely soaked—probably from too much oil.

My boyfriend slipped and fell in your parking lot and hurt his ankle to the point it’s swollen like a softball the manager there made sure he got to the car ok but Dale do better because I’m thinking of legal action over this entire situation

I went to order a personal pan, and side salad, while standing at counter, I noticed the guy making the pizza, grabbing cheese and meat for the pizza to prepare for the oven, then I noticed this guy had no gloves on, I cancelled my order. He was making pizza after pizza without wearing gloves.

I ordered one thing and my pizza was in smashed on one side. Wanted a refund but refused! Will not be ordering there again! Casey's at least will give you a full refund and a free pizza!!

We will never spend our money here again! Went for the lunch buffet, none of the “hot” foods were anywhere near hot, everything was very stale and dried out, breadsticks were so hard you could barely break them with your hands, much less chew them. And then there’s the pasta, that *looked* fresh, however we took one bite and almost threw up, it literally tasted rancid! Service was also awful. Manager was rude and could care less what we thought, I will say he at least comped the bill, just to try and hush us up mind you. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

We went around noon today for the pizza buffet. When we got there they didn’t have very much pizza out, and no regular breadsticks. After we sat down, they brought out more pizza, but it barely had any meat on it. The pasta was mediocre at best. We were extremely disappointed. When asked for pizza with chicken or ham instead of greasy sausage and pepperoni they ignored me.
Dietary restrictions: Would less greasy sausage and pepperoni.
