I ordered a $7 large coffee. When the lady handed me my drink it didn’t look like a large. I asked her if it was a large and she went on to sigh and rolled her eyes at me and said no, then snatched back the drink, only to come back to find out that she dumped my drink into a large cup which was then only 3/4 full.

I’m the lady with the beat up ol Ghostbusters car who just ordered the mystery drink for my kiddo. I was on my way to pick him up from school so naturally I took a sip of the mystery drink, as you do. My immediate thought was that it tasted very specifically like a glazed donut.
I’m not on social media or anything like that, so I don’t know what other folks think about it, but I wanted to let you know so you could start a customer poll or something!

Love th coffee and service. The entire store gets 5 stars. Problem is I believe they may have forgotten to give me my card back, and when I tried to call the available number you get cooperate. They don't know anything about my card. So I guess I will drive the 50 mile round trip to ask, when a simple phone call was all I needed. And as much as I like the coffee I won't be purchasing any when asking.

I was so excited when I found out that scooters was coming to our little town. I budget $200 a month to spend at scooters. I like McDonald’s coffee, but their service is so slow. I go to scooters instead. The young woman who took my order today was so rude and so hateful that I will not be back, I’m sure she doesn’t care because she doesn’t see the bottom line in the big picture but I hope this goes to someone who does my visit was on Monday, September 2 at about 12:30 PM. I ordered a small iced coffee she asked will that be a cold brew I said no the small iced coffee when I got around to the window my total was just over four dollars. And I said is that right I said is that a small and she said Well that’s what you said you wanted an Americano and I said I want the dollar one whatever that is and she blew up. And told me you don’t have to get an attitude. And proceeded to tell me all I had to say is that I wanted the dollar Coffee. I didn’t realize I had to say I want the dollar Coffee .

My favorite is the s'mores cream cold brew, if it's morning, and the carmelicious blended, if it's in the afternoon, The employees are always friendly and service is quick. My husband loves the spicy sausage burrito, and I am partial to the feta and tomato egg bites.

Amazing service! The staff was friendly and fast. The cashier was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a very welcoming atmosphere and made me want to make Scooters my regular coffee shop.
The assistant manager is extremely rude!! I don’t know her name because she wouldn’t give it. Today’s experience with her has completely turned me away from this local establishment!
So, this is what transpired
I want to start off by saying if my drink isn’t made correctly I usually go back through to have it fixed. And usually it’s not a problem, welllll today it definitely was a huge problem for the assistant manager. She felt some type of way about it today! We all know their coffees aren't cheap, $7 a pop, damn right I will drive back through and get it remade or my money back! This establishment will ABSOLUTELY never be getting another dime from me! I have been getting this same blender for over 4 years, so I know exactly how it’s supposed to taste. I would literally drive out of town to get these coffees, and when it wasn’t made right, I would go back through and never ever did I have problems with any of the baristas. They would always be ready to make it again and apologetic about the fact I had to come back through. Definitely don’t recommend this Scooters! It was very evidently clear in today’s interaction with the assistant manager that my steady daily business isn’t appreciated! Maybe it’s time I try out Sweet Bees. Good riddance Atchison Scooters!!
And I will add I left the coffee shop with no coffee and no money back, we’ll see if I get a refund on my card. I asked if I could swap the drink out for something else. And it was a hard NO. She informed me I would have to pay again.

This is an edit. So they dropped the peach mango refresher and that's just great as it was the one thing I got there well back to Dunkin donuts. Why cycle out refreshers?
