I cannot for the life of me understand why one must sit in a coffee line for over 30 minutes? What’s worse is when you get stuck in the line there is no way to get out. The cars moved once per 4 minutes and I was at least 10 cars back

I ordered a $7 large coffee. When the lady handed me my drink it didn’t look like a large. I asked her if it was a large and she went on to sigh and rolled her eyes at me and said no, then snatched back the drink, only to come back to find out that she dumped my drink into a large cup which was then only 3/4 full.

I’m the lady with the beat up ol Ghostbusters car who just ordered the mystery drink for my kiddo. I was on my way to pick him up from school so naturally I took a sip of the mystery drink, as you do. My immediate thought was that it tasted very specifically like a glazed donut.
I’m not on social media or anything like that, so I don’t know what other folks think about it, but I wanted to let you know so you could start a customer poll or something!
Love th coffee and service. The entire store gets 5 stars. Problem is I believe they may have forgotten to give me my card back, and when I tried to call the available number you get cooperate. They don't know anything about my card. So I guess I will drive the 50 mile round trip to ask, when a simple phone call was all I needed. And as much as I like the coffee I won't be purchasing any when asking.

I was so excited when I found out that scooters was coming to our little town. I budget $200 a month to spend at scooters. I like McDonald’s coffee, but their service is so slow. I go to scooters instead. The young woman who took my order today was so rude and so hateful that I will not be back, I’m sure she doesn’t care because she doesn’t see the bottom line in the big picture but I hope this goes to someone who does my visit was on Monday, September 2 at about 12:30 PM. I ordered a small iced coffee she asked will that be a cold brew I said no the small iced coffee when I got around to the window my total was just over four dollars. And I said is that right I said is that a small and she said Well that’s what you said you wanted an Americano and I said I want the dollar one whatever that is and she blew up. And told me you don’t have to get an attitude. And proceeded to tell me all I had to say is that I wanted the dollar Coffee. I didn’t realize I had to say I want the dollar Coffee .

My favorite is the s'mores cream cold brew, if it's morning, and the carmelicious blended, if it's in the afternoon, The employees are always friendly and service is quick. My husband loves the spicy sausage burrito, and I am partial to the feta and tomato egg bites.
