This is our only sonic in our town and yet we still cant seem to get orders right and not take 20 min to get the wrong orer!! in drive thru .... seems like they need more training or any at all and the thanks you get for spending youre hard money at this sonic.... rude rude kids working i i would rather go somewhere else

I’ve never had a worse experience. I placed a DD order while at work, and after the Dasher arrived, Sonic straight up refused to make the food. No explanation, no apology — just flat-out refused. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of both my time and the delivery driver’s. If you can’t honor orders, don’t accept them. Do better.

Went there yesterday with my mom, tried to order online but it wasn’t working, we finally got it to work I got a hotdog and then an hour later I felt awful we ended up going up I was throwing up left and right. DONT EAT THEIR HOTDOGS. we then found out I got food poisoning . This isn’t the first time my mom and brother have gotten food poisoning from a hotdog too a while back.

In order to give my review I had to give a t least 1 star, which this sonic does not deserve the 1 star, food was prepared with workers not wearing any gloves, we came through drive through, and a total mess inside, we were in line for 15 minutes, then the manager lied and said she was wearing gloves, then changed her story to say she didn't wear gloves because she was handling a pretzel with tongs🤔

Absolutely the worst sonic experience in my life! Took 18 min to get our order. Fries cold, small, and chewy also come with hair! Complained about it and was told fries are freshly cooked all day! Burger was a hockey puck. The Cherry limeaid was good!
I ordered my food on door dash at 5:30 2 hours went by and no food so I called them the first time and didn't get an answer so I waited before calling them again and they finally picked up. So I asked the person that answered where my food was and they said it dident come through on there end and they refuse to make it they are just lazy and dident want to work

While trying to use the app to order for the convenience. The app wouldn’t let me pay with my card. While trying multiple times on the app I was rejected. I asked politely to speak with manager. Very respectful gentleman, turned problems into a peaceful understanding. Thanks Atchison sonic for hiring a gentleman.
