Today September 28th my fiancé ordered 2 stackers No Season Beef and Nacho cheese and asked them to make it Iike a quesadilla I have always went through and got the same thing and every time it was made right well tonight he had went and ordered it and it wasn’t made right well when we asked them to remake it the manager Josh he said “ Go cry about it we have a line “ he could’ve asked him to park while they remade it and he would’ve been happy to sit and wait and not be disrespected well he went in and all he did has roll his eyes at him my fiancé came and picked me up so we could solve the issue I was walking in with them remaking my order but it was still made wrong it had nacho cheese on it and I paid for extra three cheese and didn’t get it. When I confronted him about the rude comments another coworker jumped in and started getting loud with us. Then the manager that was in shift left he was the only manager. good thing to say they will no longer be getting my service.

i waited 30 minutes to get my food because they chose to sit outside and watch the fireworks and after they completely ended, i got my food and when i got home turns out my order was completely wrong and i didn’t even even have the energy to go all way the back because i didn’t want to deal with them anymore longer. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

I had two online orders to pick up. The one for myself was wrong, and I received the wrong burrito. The other order I received was $18 for two burritos (with extra chicken), NEITHER burrito had extra chicken. Service was slow- yes it was the Amelia Earhart Festival, but I should not of had to wait 30 minutes to get four burritos total (from both orders). Meanwhile, at least three or four workers were outside while a line of cars piled up behind us.

They said I couldn't have any more sauce because of some stupid corporate policy where you can only have three sauce packages per item. I don't know about you but when I worked in customer service I would give people the extra mile because that's what makes them come back for more. Y'all really lost business over a 25-cent sauce package I would even pay for sauce packages.. SMH

The new digital menu board outside really really sucks.. The items disappear then reappear in completely different places. Or the the thing disappears and is replaced by an ad??? I'm already here I don't need any more ads
