Nice place, but the help needs training. I witnessed an employee stand on the condiments counter to change the cloak. She then failed to clean the counter agter being up there in her dirty crocs. NOT GOOD.

Absolutely love the Donut Palace. The donuts and warm breakfast items (burritos, croissant/biscuit sandwiches, biscuits & gravy) are all so tasty. The staff and patrons are always so kind and welcoming of our young family. We recommend them to all our friends!
This place has the most donuts I've seen in a long time. They have a great cinnamon twists and they're just a regular donuts or excellent they also have breakfast sausages biscuits and gravy it's just a great place to get your stuff in the morning I give them 100% percent thumbs up.

It's all t cheaper then Dunkin and better quality donuts then Dunkin I refer everyone to come here they have good customer service and I should of gotten coffee that would of been better then Dunkin to hands down I love this place and people.

We just happened upon this great little place on our way home from a long road trip, and we are so glad we found it. The donuts were excellent, the coffee was hot, and the woman at the counter was very friendly and helpful. Great change of pace from picking up breakfast at the big truck stops. Nothing fancy here, but we weren't looking for fancy, we were looking for some great donuts - and we found them! If the rest of Abilene is this friendly, we look forward to spending more time in this area on our return trips. Just a few short minutes off the interstate!

Love this little donut shop. Food is good. Employees nice. The only thing that's bad about this place is the horrible parking lot and the limited number of seats inside. You feel cramped! This place is always busy and they need a bigger location in town to be honest!
