It was my first visit to Hidalgo. I was told it was the best Mexican in town. I was impressed right away, the restaurant is very well decorated. Our server was incredible. I couldn't decide between two dishes, and asked which he would prefer. He suggested the cheesesteak tacos, and I am thankful. They were fantastic.great service, great atmosphere, incredible food. I'm definitely returning for that tableside guacamole I saw at another table.

I went in yesterday and the food was amazing the service was excellent. I went based off the sign saying bar and grill but the don’t serve alcohol!!!

The food was pretty good in terms of flavor....the service on the other hand we were the only ones in the restaurant, server forgot the tortillas with our food and never refilled our drinks. He just sat at the computer playing on his phone........I've been here before it was great but this visit was pretty disappointing.

Jalapeños is in the Pico de Gallo and guacamole,,,, but not listed in ingredients or told by server... I ordered the Tacos Locos,, only ate 1,, took the rest to my son as a carry out.. 2 others in our party did not eat their side of pico...and 1 ordered a side of guacamole and could not eat it either...

We have been supporting this restaurant since it opened, stopping in around three time a month. A week ago I went in alone and was seated in a forgotten area and ignored. They were really busy so I decided to come back at another time when they weren't swamped. Our next visit they decided it would be okay to serve me cold beans, salty vegetables and bad meat, I guess they no longer want our business and we will never go back. I hope they close soon…

This was our second time to visit. Both times the service was excellent! Food was awesome and had a unique touch of flavor, very good. Bryan was our waiter, did a fantastic job of doing what he enjoys, making sure that we had what we needed and knew all there was to know about any menu item. Had a frozen strawberry margarita, great flavor, prepared just right. We'll be back. Bryan, thanks for doing what you and your family do. Great place. July 6th, 2024. Had another amazing visit here. And once again the service was fabulous. Came with friends, all four meals were terrific and very good tasting. Thanks for being a great place to gather
