I had been on the road for a couple of days and had not seen the news about the Quarter pounder priblem. I stopped in and was told they didn't have any. The store was clean and very well maintained. The young man who waited on me was so professional. He made suggestions of what their special was. I ordered it and drove down the highway munching my fries. The burger was dry, bun was stale and I was very disappointed.
I felt so invited when I walked in, I honestly felt like I worked there how well I was greeted by the Hispanic guy at the front counter. I thought since my McFlurry was so complicated(Extra Oreo and hot fudge mixed in there, with whipped cream and some crushed Oreo on top.) that I would get an eye roll but instead I was met with understanding. It came out fast and it was fully mixed together.
Based on my experience here, the food was served hot and fresh. The customer service I received was good. My order was fulfilled accurately. Minimal wait time. The exterior of the building appeared clean. No issues overall. Would recommend and would return.
