Ordered a super supreme and my rewards Cinnabon. The Cinnabon didnt show up on their end so we didnt get them and the super supreme had very little topping and hardly any sauce. A waste of $22. Should have went to sonic or taco tico.

Chelsea is AMAZING! After a bad experience, we were able to get straight through to her and she corrected our order! She was extremely friendly and understanding! Thank you Chelsea! (If I spelled your name right)
Put my order in at 5. Said it would be ready at 5:35, just now leaving at 6:11. Lady at the window told me to come inside so she wouldn’t have to “get out in the cold”
We ordered a half and half meat lovers and barbecue chicken pizza and an 18count wings. The wings were very fatty and had a weird texture. My husband has been throwing up on and off since 9pm it’s currently 1A. He’s had abdominal pain and is feverish. We believe he has food poisoning and that the wings weren’t properly cooked. We’ve eaten here before without issues but it’s the only food he’s had today… we shared the pizza so I don’t believe it was the pizza.

We were the only ones in the restaurant for some reason. Shane was really kind and very respectful. I was hesitant because some of the reviews weren’t the best, but personally the food was really good, the people were respectful, the service was good. If I lived in Kansas I’d go here again.

Ordered delivery, hour later we have a very lame pizza. Cold, no sauce expect around the edges very little toppings including cheese. Augusta Pizza Hut, we are done.
Not impressed. We never did get waited on, just our pizza and a single drink bright to us. No refills offered, no asking if we needed anything. We had to go get our own silverware and plates. Employee just huddle in conversation, basically ignoring us.
Rude on phone. last time i tried to order whoever i talked to was so confused i canceled order and ordered from dominoes.another time order never came! Too bad used to be good pizza
The pizza was ready exactly when it was supposed to be. The gentleman who waited on me (a veteran, but I didn’t get his name) was EXTREMELY courteous and engaging. I would go back just because of him alone, but I enjoy the food and the prompt service, so I will continue to go to this Pizza Hut.

I can’t believe the Augusta location dining room is still closed since the pandemic. It’s a major highway location and I wonder how many travelers or even buses give up and pass on by because they can’t sit at a table to eat good pizza. This was a regular for me until then. I don’t do carry out or delivery here since I live in ElDo. And our only remaining ElDo restaurant was a bad experience the last two times we dined in. I guess it’s just going to be Gambinos from now on.
My husband and I needed to go here for an inauguration Lions Club Meeting. It was scheduled for 6:30 PM and the organizer told us food was optional. However, we felt obligated to purchase food for the use of a community space. My experiences from the past were not favorable for food, but we chose to try the pizza anyway. I was amazed: not only was the service very good, but the pizza with its fresh ingredients truly was a delightful surprise! We ordered a Supreme Pizza and were amazed.
I honestly don’t see how this place stays open. You practically have to walk over to the kitchen and throw something at someone for them to realize people have walked in. I mean I PERSONALLY bought and installed a chime on their doors so the kitchen could hear when someone walked in. Cost me $30, so it was a simple fix. Don’t hear it now, and they’re back to ignoring customers. Just shut the place down if you don’t want to pay attention to what’s going on in your store. We could replace it with an Applebees or something more useful.
