I have ordered from here for years and it was fine until they got the new staff within the past 5 times I've gone up they either mess up my drink or just don't give it to me, idk how you can be a coffee place and not know how to make coffee

i paid extra for my drink to be large, have flavoring added, and have flavored cold foam but they gave me a medium drink with no flavor in the cold foam or the drink. the matcha was not blended in either. the only thing they got was the the breve which i also paid extra for. my infusion also came with no syrup flavoring in it. if you want coffee you should just make it at home!!!!! someone needs to do their job or train these people!!

I really used to like this scooters, but it seems like the inconsistency with the drinks is real lately. It’s so frustrating when one day I go and the drink is amazing and then the next day I go and it tastes like water or extremely bitter/burnt. Today I ordered a drink and then after tasting the drink, it tasted like water, so I asked if they could charge me for an extra shot of espresso instead of making it again, they said no, they would have to charge me for a whole new drink. ??????

I know there's other coffee places but nothing like scooters, the caramelicious is hands down an amazing coffee in all forms, iced, hot and blended. The strawberry matcha is also delicious and refreshing. I recommend the tomato and feta egg bites for a quick breakfast.

You can't call them. I got home and can't find my debit card. I'm afraid I may have dropped it outside the drive through window. I'm trying to call them to see if they have it but there's no way to speak to anyone there.
