The food is very delicious. My family and I will be back!!!
I'm from Wichita and I stopped by Sugar Shane's for the first time today while visiting family. I had their daily catfish special and was VERY impressed! Catfish was exceptionally good, as were the fries and hushpuppies. Food came out quick and hot. But the cole slaw.... probably the best cole slaw I've ever had! Phenomenal! My bartender was very sweet and attentive, as well. Will definitely be back when I'm in Augusta.
I’ve been here 4-5 times now and it’s always the same. They do great every time for us. This is one of our favorite places to eat at when we are in that area

Wonderful experience! I'd read a review that the 'Bacon Pepper Burger' was a life-changing experience...and I agree ?! Wonderful! And the onion rings are the best I've ever had .. perfectly crunchy! A must- stop!!!

My husband and I attended steak night. Our dinner consisted of a huge steak that was cooked to perfection, a huge loaded baked potato, and a refreshing salad. We both added grilled onions and shrimp. Our waitress, Stephanie, was a true delight.

We had Brandon and his staff cater our wedding yesterday and they were absolutely amazing. The food was delicious and just what we wanted it to be. Sugar Shane’s nailed it on the catering and we thank you guys so much. We knew we loved y’all’s food but yesterday was more than we imagined. Thanks Brandon to you and your staff at sugar Shane’s. We will use you for any event from here on out
Always a good experience when we visit. Moderate portions but the food can improve.

We stopped after pulling up places to eat in Augusta, and Sugar Shane's was first on the list, and it definitely deserved the top rating! I had the white fish with teriyaki sauce and pineapple and it was delicious! And the house fries are some of the best fries I've ever eaten! My husband got the open faced roast beef special and it was delicious as well, and really hearty. He got the green beans as his side and they're perfectly seasoned. Our waitress was fast and friendly, and the prices are reasonable. What a great find! We'll be stopping in again when we travel through Augusta!

It has been about a year since we last visiting, but our youngest knew we were going to be in the area and requested we visit again. My wife and I had the quesadillas and our son had the kids chicken strip basket. The presentation of the food was great and matched the atmosphere perfectly. The chicken quesadillas were very good. The chicken was grilled and it was embedded in gooey white cheese. Lot of it! The side of guacamole and salsa were a nice touch and fresh. The kid's chicken basket came out piping hot and not your run of the mill microwaved nuggets. We would highly recommend making a visit and we will be back soon with the whole family!

Good food, but slow service & kitchen. Onion rings were the best. Grilled fish tacos were good.

Over charged for today's special- cat fish. ADVERTISED As 9.99 charged 14. Cole slaw was terrible- fish was ok. My husband ordered a 14.00 burger single pattie - it was TERRIBLE. Freezer burnt . The WORST BURGER he has EVER HAD!! Hush puppies were good. Fries n onion rings bland and just ok. We won't be back!! I did not give a review on the first visit.. Definitely did not get better!!
