I have started going to this Taco Bell since I've moved to Augusta and almost every single time I have gone there, they have messed up my order in some fashion. Including putting on sauce that makes the food uneatable. I do not recommend going to this taco bell.

My husband and I live in Augusta and love this taco bell. Unfortunately though since the remodel, while beautiful, service and food quality has plummeted. When we want taco bell we go out of town now because the last 3 times we've been service has been slower than usual, and the food was absolutely awful. Our food was cold and the tortillas, like on the quesadilla, were hard. Not crunchy, hard, like they were stale or something. We're just disappointed because we normally love this location but probably won't go here anymore.

This was my steak grilled cheese burrito, extra nacho cheese. There was no meat until I got to my last 2 bites. I’m a small person and they used to be bigger than my hands… I felt like I didn’t even eat…

I ordered food online was stuck in line for over 30 minutes. Didn’t get to eat. My lunch caused me to be late for work. Food was ice cold on top of that taco shells were stale. No apologies whatsoever. I’ll never eat at this restaurant again horrible experience

Restaurant was recently renovated. Clean, comfortable dining room. Food was average for Taco Bell but staff was friendly. As a plus, restrooms were clean, stocked and well lighted. Pleasant late evening meal.

I was passing through the town and decided to stop for lunch and upon entering heard the person who was preparing the food was yelling and cussing someone over the phone very loudly. I proceed with ordering through the kiosk and thought he would stop yelling but he just kept going and I had it enough so I cancelled my order before paying and walked out of the Taco Bell. This was the worst experience traveling cross country.
Seriously how hard is a nacho bell grande with extra nacho cheese and extra sour cream. They also added Pico de gallo on it. It never has that. This is like the 5th time this has happened. Learn how to make your own food. Jesus christ guys. It's not that hard.

I have always enjoyed this taco bell experience but tonight took the cake. I was really torn on going to mcds for a snack wrap but absolutely LOVE TB quesadillas so I went for my usual. I had NO IDEA they had their own chicken wrap (but it's s a burrito, dont get it twisted!) the general manager, Jacob, was an excellent salesman for this burrito and a joy at the window. I had to call back for the name but Skyler, who cooked, did AMAZING on both the chicken burrito and my quesadilla. I always ask for extra cheese and this man delivered!!! Thank you Augusta TB! You always bring a smile to my face.

I waited 30 minutes and every white person in there got there food before us even though they ordered after. I have never in my life waited so long in a Taco Bell! The manager was putting chicken over my food while he was making it and I’m vegetarian. Hospitality was -1/10. They don’t even greet you. THE MANAGER didn’t even greet anyone that came in. They also said it was “complicated” to make a Red Bull slushie. Made a slushie wrong.
