Went through the drivethru to pick up my mobile order. Arrived and sat for maybe 4 minutes with the line not moving when i hear the person working in drive thru apologize for the wait. It took 15 minutes for me to make it to the window for them to tell me they checked me in without realizing they didnt have everything for my order, they asked if id like to replace it and i said yes, id like to replace it for another burger. did not get my burger, got a medium fry instead. very little professionalism from the worker with how she came about telling me.

Manager very young seemed snotty was walking all around like she was doing something. Got our food after 10 mins and fries were cold and not even salted

Service in he drive thru is terrible. You say one thing and it’s “what else” and if you don’t reply within 5 seconds you get kicked and sent to the window. Guy is just absolutely rude.
