Incredibly cute coffee shop that made an out of town guest meeting place. We had drip coffee and an Americano both were absolutely superb! Cinnamon roll was well made not too sweet or messy despite being finger-licking good. Thank you for the nice visit!

First time visiting the Baldwin location, love the vibe here!! Service was friendly and fast, coffee and quiche tasted great! Local art on the walls, bookshelf for the kiddos, lots of thoughtful touches. Will definitely be back to try some of the other pastries and enjoy the outdoor area!

133 Coffee is now owned by the wonderful Huslig family, who has two locations of UpLift Coffee in Lawrence. Their coffee is superb, and extremely reasonable in price. Their bakery offerings are wonderful (try their muffins and seasonal cinnamon rolls), and their daily breakfast items are well made and decadent. I have come to Baldwin City several times to shop and sample their wares. I'm very impressed with what they offer. Plus, the Huslig's believe in giving back to the community and helping others. Baldwin City and Lawrence are fortunate to have Kelli and her family in our corner, Regarding coffee beans (and I am far from a connoisseur), each has their own unique flavor. If you are having issue with their coffee's, try their hot teas and power ade drinks. Society does not survive on coffee alone.
Had a wonderful morning coffee/hot choc date with my son before school today. He absolutely loved his croissant sandwich! I love starting my day off with a SF vanilla latte from Uplift. Such a lovely space in a great community. Wonderful service and a great product.

I’m so bummed about the downgrade after the transfer of ownership. I’ve had iced lattes and hot lattes, and they are so disappointing. They are totally lacking the intensity and depth of flavor that they had before switching coffee brands. I will probably still visit occasionally simply because convenience of location, but I will not be seeking it out for the coffee/coffee shop experience anymore.
