A small town place with killer vibes and freindly staff. Baldwin City is a gem of a place with great locals, this is where they meet, drink and eat.

I got one each of the street tacos. The brisket one was super chewy and I couldn't even eat it. The chicken one had really no flavor and was dry. Now the pulled pork one was on point. I will definitely go back for the pulled pork tacos.

I came in to the Baldwin Beer company with a group of people that I had attended high school with. There were 13 of us and the waitress Kristi l. Did an excellent job serving us. I had the cheeseburger and it was very good. The bun was especially good. A very fun time was had by all. Thank you.

Beware the owner will call the police on you and file a no trespass order if you make bad comments about his establishment. First off I have never been to this establishment since it has opened nor will I ever the owner and I have had issues for years. A few days ago I drove by and noticed that the parking lot was empty so I posted on Facebook that I was happy to see the parking lot was empty because he and I do not get along. He called the police in Baldwin City filled out a no trespass order send it to the city I live in and had the police come to my door all because I said that I was happy that his parking lot was empty. He also went on to claim in a Facebook post where I said he was pathetic for doing that that I have been harassing him and his family which are false allegations. I guess he doesn't mind wasting taxpayer dollars with law enforcement. I guess in his mind it's okay to do that since he is a city council member

Pretty small beer selection but for the size of the establishment it's not bad, the beer is very good. We ordered the nachos with pulled pork and they were very good, also ordered the peperjack fried cheese curds, they were pretty basic. Nice place to visit in baldwin had a great time.

Don't recommend. Gave them several chances. The only thing that was consistent was my food was wrong, every time. Tried four different times. They need to start from the ground up, fix things, or just give up. It's that bad.
We've been a few times, it started out good but is going down hill. They are starting to skimp on things. Today I had like 7 to 10 fries with my order, the other person in my party didn't even get their fries that came with their meal so the waitress said she would bring some, then we were charged $4.50 for a side of fries. We were also all asked what sauce we wanted, which we questioned cause burgers don't usually come with sauce, but we all just picked one, only to be charged $0.50 each for our sauces later. Then they don't give you a bill, just tell you a total and ask for your card so you don't see that you have these extra charges, along with a random "Service charge" til after you have already paid. Oh and the restaurant wasn't busy and it took over 45 min to get our food. Won't be returning.

The server had a little bit of an attitude which does not help the restaurant.. The menu is a little confusing You order up fish and chips and you only get fish and you have to order the fries not chips separately... Our group will definitely go back because overall it was a pleasant experience....

We have been several times and always enjoy the food! The strawberry salad is amazing!! Love the BC sauce with onion rings.
I have some awesome friends that threw me a baby shower here. Could not have asked for anything better. Glad to have BCBC in our town!

Super bummed about this one. This was our 3rd time here and have had a good amount of their beers. On this last visit, we ordered the honey wheat and berry weiss. We made a comment to the person serving us that both of our beers tasted strongly of plastic. There were no other discernible flavors. Our server apologized, said my beer was the last of the keg and offered that as a possibility for the off taste but wasn’t sure why our other beer would taste off. Our server was extremely gaslighty, suggesting that we just have to try enough beers to find something we like. They were otherwise kind so I attempted to politely let them know that i am a big beer drinker and know for a fact there’s something wrong with these beers. They offered to take our beers off our bill so we tried something else. They removed my wife’s drink from the table but left mine. I tried the pops porter and my wife got the shandy I believe. These drinks were ok. My porter, however, was not served in a beer glass which I thought was strange. I understand that the porters are served in smaller glasses due to the alcohol content, but I was still expecting a beer glass.
We ordered a dip that was described on the menu as coming with chips and bread but we didn’t receive any bread. Also, the dip was cold. At this point, we felt like we’d complained enough so we just finished our dip and drinks and paid. When we received our bill, I noticed that only one of the off tasting beers had been taken off the tab. The one that was never taken away from our table wasn’t taken off. Then it kind of made sense that perhaps our server just forgot about it but still kind of strange that they forgot? Again, in the spirit of not trying to be a complainer, I went ahead and just drank the beer. It was terrible but hey, I was young once and forced to drink steel reserves to get a buzz.
I asked if they had stickers that I could purchase. Didn’t receive a sticker. Didn’t get charged for one either so I guess that’s a plus. There was also a service charge included on our bill.
I’m super disappointed. I understand that things happen, and I can be a very forgiving customer, but it was just so many issues with our beer, food, service and dismissiveness around the off flavored beers, and the cherry on top with the service fee (separate from the tip).
