I've tried to give this place a shot. 7 shots to be exact. They're always out of beer (no, domestic bottles don't count at a brewery), the service is always slow and the food is typical bar food. Not worth the trip down the road.

Service was very slow, and when the food came out my chicken was way overcooked and none of our salads had the correct dressing. When we got the bill we had extra charges for extra dressing for the original dressing we had ordered. I made a note of it to the staff and Shift Lead who gave no feedback as to how it was going to be handled, very awkward customer service. Will not be returning.

We visited for a celebration of life. The food was great and the drinks were great as well. I felt the backroom didn't handle sound very well and was kinda warm. We live a bit far to visit frequently, but if I'm ever in the area again I would definitely come back.

I got one each of the street tacos. The brisket one was super chewy and I couldn't even eat it. The chicken one had really no flavor and was dry. Now the pulled pork one was on point. I will definitely go back for the pulled pork tacos.

I came in to the Baldwin Beer company with a group of people that I had attended high school with. There were 13 of us and the waitress Kristi l. Did an excellent job serving us. I had the cheeseburger and it was very good. The bun was especially good. A very fun time was had by all. Thank you.

Beware the owner will call the police on you and file a no trespass order if you make bad comments about his establishment. First off I have never been to this establishment since it has opened nor will I ever the owner and I have had issues for years. A few days ago I drove by and noticed that the parking lot was empty so I posted on Facebook that I was happy to see the parking lot was empty because he and I do not get along. He called the police in Baldwin City filled out a no trespass order send it to the city I live in and had the police come to my door all because I said that I was happy that his parking lot was empty. He also went on to claim in a Facebook post where I said he was pathetic for doing that that I have been harassing him and his family which are false allegations. I guess he doesn't mind wasting taxpayer dollars with law enforcement. I guess in his mind it's okay to do that since he is a city council member

Pretty small beer selection but for the size of the establishment it's not bad, the beer is very good. We ordered the nachos with pulled pork and they were very good, also ordered the peperjack fried cheese curds, they were pretty basic. Nice place to visit in baldwin had a great time.

Don't recommend. Gave them several chances. The only thing that was consistent was my food was wrong, every time. Tried four different times. They need to start from the ground up, fix things, or just give up. It's that bad.
