Also, the Vegas fries ($14.99)?!! seemed like they went to McDonald’s purchased fries yesterday and were serving cheese and “steak” on them cold and soggy. Won’t be back. And prices were raised for the festival. Had special menus and when compared prices were higher.

To the people of El Patron you earned our business today because we couldn’t find a porter potty quick enough and you were the first place to let her potty when she was so close to having accident. We live 3 hours hour . And are staying 30 mins away on vacation. And don’t have quick access to a change of clothes . We had lunch here today and it was amazing. We ate here because of your generosity and stayed for lunch ♥️ your food and service were outstanding .

Love this place! I always treat my parents to lunch from here when I come visit. The staff is friendly and the guac, queso and salsa are top notch. I get the vegetarian burrito bowl. It’s absolutely delicious and super healthy! What a gem to find in such a small town. Highly recommend!

P this place used to be great food was always hot and fresh and plenty of it however since COVID the portions have been a lot smaller and the price went up. It's hard to get out of here now under 25 a person a lot more if you have drinks. I think everybody understands things are more money but to make portion smaller and raise the price at least 25% is extreme

Outstanding Mexican food in Kansas?!?! Yes!!! This place is worth a drive.
Slightly more elegant than the typical place but with all the colors and splendor you might expect.
The food though, it's wonderful. I haven't had anything that I didn't like, but let me tell you what I just had. Starting with the chips and salsa. The chips are served hot and the salsa is outstanding. Perfectly spiced, well blended, and the notes of cilantro dancing around your palette.
I had the Enchiladas El Patron, which was super filling. It had 4 chicken enchiladas wrapped in flour tortillas and topped with green sauce, cheese, and sour creme. A nice grilled pineapple ring placed right above the rest. I added some excellent rice for a side and some horchata to drink! The chips and salsa kept coming and the staff were kind and attentive.
A great total experience and we will be back!
