So We are in Baldwin City Kansas from St Louis to visit Family for New Years and found Flatlanders Pizza….WOW… We love great Pizza and have some awesome choices in St Louis but Flatlanders just blew us away!!!Great choices, Incredible crust and just awesome flavors, and they are mobile!!!!Hey Flatlanders, How about a road-trip to St Louis????No worries, we are taking a few (6) back with us and we will be back!!!

Came in town to visit family. Being the big pizza connoisseur that I am, I had to try this place out. Watching them prepare and put love and care into their pizza I knew that I would be in for a treat. Holy Cow this pizza was down right amazing. Words can't explain how wonderful their pizza is. I wish i could describe it but I can't. Just go and give them a try. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Went to watch The Meg on water - presented bY #kcwatersport in Paola, KS. This was our first time at the venue AND Flatlanders Pizzeria. It was a great night! The staff at Flatlanders were awesome! The menu was super fresh, pizzas made to order and some ready-to-go as well. My family returned to the truck about 5 times! We tried almost all of the pizzas they had available including a pasta salad. Ingredients were FRESH!!! Cheese was generous, crust had perfect “bite” and options were wide with fun flavor combos! The hit was the jalepeno popper… WOWWWW!!! Electric-fresh, farm to pie, LOCAL Jalepenos (you could taste the Kansas heat!!!) It was on FIRE!!! They were even nice enough to ADD pepperoni to mine. ? Anytime… and I mean ANYTIME I see this truck… I’M IN!!! Cool truck in itself - enclosed brick oven, wood-firing each pizza - imported from Italy. The truck is a custom job built in NY. This is the REAL DEAL!!! Thank you for joining the lineup last night. It was spectacular!!!

We had the Breakfast Pizza and Crispy Hash Browns and Everything was GREAT ‼️ The owner's are so Friendly and Always do a Great Job❤️

I had my baby shower here on 11/7/20. Brad and Jess went above and beyond with the food and service to the guests. All of my guests loved the foccacia, cheesy bread and the pizza of course! The restaurant accommodated our group very well. They do events wonderfully. I strongly suggest if you need a place for an event choose Flatlanders you won't be disappointed!
