I hate giving bad reviews, but the one time I stopped here I ordered a 12oz iced caramel latte, and what I received looked like mostly milk. Weirdly the menu did not have prices, and crazy enough my drink was over $6 which felt very pricey for the product I received. Probably won’t be stopping through for coffee anytime soon, but hopefully they update their menu with pricing and can take the feedback and make sure there is a good ratio of espresso to milk to ensure a happy customer.

My wife and I have gone to Jitters twice this year, once this summer (2024) and today (12/31/24). Both times we have had a young girl working the shop, and she has been dressed very inappropriately, enough to make both of us highly uncomfortable, and honestly has made us kept us from going back. Don’t know if we will continue to go if the workers don’t dress more professionally and appropriately.

I come here nearly once every week to treat myself to a nice and easy breakfast. The service is always fast, the workers are always so pleasant, and the quality of coffee and breakfast sandwiches is perfect. I've literally never had a bad experience here! It's almost a week after Thanksgiving as I'm writing this, and I have to say that I have always been very thankful to Jitters for making me a nice treat for myself every week!<3

My family loves this place kids especially my son daughter 7 and 8 get the white chocolate Java chip or hot chocolate and they love it. Gives them a good start foe their week. We appreciate all they do.
