7:00pm on a Friday evening and they’re “Out Of Bread”…… How can a big corporate sandwich restaurant be out of bread? Poor staff operations if you ask me.

Messed up our entire order. I ordered extra sauce on a garlic beef with extra meat, a spicy Italian toasted and the number 30 toasted. The extra sauce wasn't on the garlic beef, not the extra meat. I barely got sauce and ate a mouthful of bread lettuce and avocado. There was extra sauce on the spicy Italian, which was odd, and all were ordered toasted but none were!
