Order take out today at lunchtime. Got 2 double beef burritos and a tostada. Both burritos where to have no sour cream. One was made correct. The other had what seemed like extra sour cream. This location does this kind of thing all the time. I generally don't say anything, but when 1/3 of my order is wrong it needs addressed. It also wasn't busy, so that excuse won't work. I'm out 3 bucks. Do better!!!!!!

We get this through DD when we've ordered in the past. It was good the first couple of times. Then it went straight downhill after that. They always forget something or it's bad quality food. Or they don't pack it well and everything gets smashed. I don't blame the driver because they don't pack it. They are often out of things. It's just an awful location. I don't know if it's lack of training or management just doesn't care. I don't know how many refunds I've gotten but it's been a lot. We haven't been back since. I thought Gardner was bad but no this one is worse and that's saying something. Gardner is awful and we don't go there anymore either. Hopefully the brand new location in Gardner will put these 2 to shame. Get it together y'all. Food is too expensive to be playing.

I went with a friend and I ordered a mex pizza it was horrible , by friend ordered tacos had no meat lots of lettuce .Pops was both Flat .sad I've been there before and it was really amazing this time so bad ..I wanted to bring our food back but we was already almost to the next town . SO WE THREW IT AWAY AND I HAD TO COOK MY OWN TACOS WAS MAD !!!

My food looks like it was thrown together by a five year old my food looks like it has been sitting my bread to taco was hard it’s supposed to be soft bread it’s been like this for a while and it’s a wast of money

I have never had soda come out of a fountain flat. The dining area soda machine had no ice. When mentioned it didn't cause a stir. Also informed them how flat the drinks were and again was not a concern. Also had no lettuce or potatoes

Taco bell elites, fast ,hot and easy. What more can you ask from americanized mex food. New menu items were amazing and everything all the way to the carbonization of the baha blast was on point!!!

I rarely post a bad review, but after multiple terrible experiences I feel obligated to. This is the worst Taco bell I've ever been to. Almost every single time I go here they are out of something. To day it was lettuce and CO2 for all fountain drinks! Ridiculous. Never again.
