2 Chicken Tenders, a bacon egg & cheese biscuit, & Lg. Potato Wedge w/ a drink cost us $16.25 when I got to the car I realized how much we were charged so as my husband pumped gas I took the food back in and asked for a refund. I was refused a refund and was told to call back at 8am to talk to the manager. There were 3 other customers in the store who also agreed that it was way over priced, and so did an older lady who was also an employee. Calling to speak with a manager has been a joke.

The food was fresh, hot and good! Generous portions. The employees were very friendly, very pleasant. I like spending my money where the employees seem actually thankful to be working. Great customer service and by the way, this was my first time there. I will go again! I shared my gizzards and chicken breast nuggets and still had some leftover! Champs Chicken is a Champ for me!

I don't like just walking out of a place. So here is why I did it:The gentleman behind the chicken counter was not informed about the menu. He was a nice guy, but seemed like a new hire that was left by himself. He did not know about the deals that were promoted on the screen. He could not tell us how much sauce, if any, came with our food as the sign on the wall says extra sauce is fifty cents. The "extra' would seem to imply an initial sauce allowance. The large sides were only half filled. All of this we overlooked as we took our ticket to the register with our food where it rung up for $7 more than the advertised price. When we pointed this out we were met with about four confused faces. Then it was pointed out to us that the ticket said $38, so we reiterated that it was supposed to be $31. Then there was more deliberation. We were attempting to purchase two items: a 20 for $20 and an $11 family pack that is $31. The longer we stood there the more uncomfortable we became with how little they seemed to know their own product. Maybe in the future after they are more knowledgeable about what they are selling and have had time to work out the kinks this will be a good spot.

Have to admit, I’m not a huge chicken fan, but this chicken was amazing. Customer service was pleasant! Will be heading there again.
