I hadn’t been to a Dominoes for 20 years until today. Boy has it changed! Really liked the Peoples Pizza on hand tossed crust. My wife really liked the gluten free crust as well. Did a pickup order and it was right on time. Thanks!

This store is terrible about customer service. Delivery takes hours and then the pizza is cold when it finally arrives. I stop ordering from there and then every couple years I give it a go again. Always a huge disappointment. They should close this store if they cant hire enough competent employees to run the store.

We have lived in the area a couple of years now, but never ordered from this Domino’s due to many bad reviews. We were in a bit of a pinch so decided to give it a try - we had a fantastic experience! Easy to order on the app, pizzas ready on time & correct, clear communication about our order & status. We will definitely order again! Don’t let the bad reviews of the past deter you.

I ordered two pizzas recently and forgot to add one topping, when I asked if they could give me a side of the toppings they gave me some that were food safe to eat uncooked.

They were in no way obligated to provide the sides for me but because of this I was a satisfied customer.

I have also ordered many pizzas before this and they have some consistent quality.

They make the pizza with love! Now the New York Style crust is where it's at but for each pizza there is an independent pizza lover waiting to devour it's goodness!! Enjoy! Thank you Dominoes!

Have had 4 out of 5 latest deliveries made huge mistakes, then I have to confront the driver before they leave to make sure they brought the soda I paid for. They bring back the wrong one. I tipped them like an idiot thinking that would incentivise them, get talked off of the phone with a dismissive offer for a free drink on my next order. Imagine getting paid twice for your single mistake, great business model.

My favorite pizza place. I have been to the store in wyandotte and after I placed an online order, the store manager refused my order because she was by herself and so I went to the store at Baseor . I was immediately greeted by one employee who was also alone. He was friendly and he was also working the window. Good customer service

Waited for our order for 30 minutes. I was told that there was a mistake and that they would remake it. Waited again. Asked if it was about ready 20 minutes later and it hadn't even been made yet! Really sad. They have been good in the past, something must have changed.

This dominos frequently gets my orders wrong. This particular occasion really made me mad. Spinach and feta pizza. Burnt, late and red sauce instead of Alfredo. Sure, they credited me a pizza, but ideally you want it right the first time, which is rarely the case.Update: tried to retrieve the owed pizza and the guy said they have no record of it... Go figure. The need a new staff.

I called up there around 6:45pm (which is prime dinner time) and I was put on hold for over 20 minutes. I then had my dad call and we are still on hold. These bums working here need to either quit or start doing their job. SO LAZY!
