The standards of these reviews are LOW. This food was horrible. Cheapest Aldi frozen section tenderloin you can find. and insanely overpriced! Cheap diner food horrible.

Mostly local customers, with a smattering of others. But everyone gets treated well. No loud music or TVs. Usually sports are on the TVs at low or no volume so you can converse easily in all but the most crowded times. Children are welcome.

Kelley's been one of my favorite restaurants for years and now it's my kids favorite too. Great food and amazing service, never had a bad meal here.

Brought my friend here who was visiting from Europe and he couldn't believe the quality of the food and exceptional service for the price, said he had nothing like it back home.

Great place to get a good steak especially after visiting Hollywood Casino. The only think I can say is that when I ordered a Medium steak, it came out medium rare. It tasted wonderful so I said nothing. I ordered the filet with mashed potatoes and brown gravy. The potatoes/gravy were pure comfort food. Staff members were super.

On August 12, 2025, fifteen of us went to Kelley's for dinner to celebrate a friend's birthday. We were all curious how the food and service would be with the new owners.  As a pastor, I had a stressful and sad day officiating a friend's memorial service, and I was SO looking forward to a cold refreshing draft beer.  I ordered a Boulevard Wheat beer (my favorite).  The waitress came back to our table and said they were out of the wheat beer, and shared they had KC Bier Dunkel which I enjoy.  I ordered a Dunkel.  The waitress came back to the table and told me they were out of Dunkel.  The only beer available was a variety of light beers, and I explained I do not drink light beers, as they taste like water.  I told the waitress the new owner needs to walk across the street and purchase Boulevard Wheat beers, due to their running out, so I could have a beer, as well as other customers.  Needless to say, the new owner did not.  I was very disappointed to have 2 draft "real beers" not available.  We celebrate birthdays often at Kelley's and after this experience, we will plan our celebrations at another restaurant that does not run out of beer.

Delicious meatloaf!!! There were several large groups there the day I met a friend for lunch, including a large table of Red Hat ladies who shall wear purple!!! Staff was friendly and let us hang out to visit after lunch was over. On a previous visit I had cod, which I loved. It was cooked perfectly. Kelley's is Awesome!!!
