Worst place to eat I have never had hamburger like the one there..can't tell you whatnit was.but it wasn't hamburger!Orderd hashbrows 2 eggs and half a waffleAnd a drink for 19.00$..with the hamburger it was 26.00..they refunded the hamburger price..but still was 19.00$..they soaked my breakfast in butter..would not recommend this place.

Had a delicious, filling breakfast of a hash that included hash rows, ham, peppers, mushrooms, bacon, cheese and maybe more, covered in yummy gravy with an egg on top. Coffee is good, too! Very comfy and clean restaurant, and the staff was so nice and friendly! Also learned they have scheduled events like bunco, farkle, painting with acrylics, and more. Will be going back for sure!
We paid $20 for a skillet breakfast. Menu skillets and omelets have a BYO and they charge for each ingredient. I didn't check what that price was and I was unpleasantly surprised at the final price. I'm afraid they have just priced me out of any further visits.

The service is horrible because they never have enough wait staff; I always feel sorry for them. They do have a heavy set dude that hovers over your food as it comes out of the kitchen but does nothing to help get it out to the table. The food is mediocre - but honestly how could you mess up breakfast. The problem is, there’s no choice in Basehor. Every time I come here I say, I’ll never come again. Then I’ll go about a year and want breakfast out and I’m stuck coming to this trap. Four stars for atmosphere because I do love small town diners and I do like to support small business.

If I could give zero stars I would. The service is horrible. They don't have near enough wait staff. They do have a heavyset dude that wears a vest and hovers over the food as it comes out of the kitchen, but does nothing to get it to your table. The food is mediocre. The problem is we're in a food wasteland in Basehor and there's no breakfast choices. Every time I come here I say I'll never come back and then a year later I really want breakfast out and I'm stuck with this trap.

Food is simple and tasty. Sometimes the service can be slow because they're always training a new server. I also am not a fan of their menu. It can be hard to read. They do have a nice rewards system to early money/points each time you eat there.

Randomly picked Perky's for Sunday breakfast (8/6/23). Best decision of the day! Great food, superior service and friendly/fun atmosphere! Enough said- the best! I'll be back on further visits to family in Basehor.
