I ordered a Wacky Pack. I had to repeat my order 3 times before they got it right. The service was surprisingly fast, the food was (overcooked) but ready right away and it was the correct items. The hang up was the juice box. The worker acknowledged I needed the juice box and then went and did other things for several minutes. They came back to the window with a full size drink for themselves, put it aside and finally handed me the juice box that had been sitting by the drive thru window just out of sight and my reach. Just avoid this Sonic, they can't get it right no matter how many times they switch management.

Kid-friendliness: 2nd time my child has not got a toy with the wacky pack meal
Waited 30 minutes for the food and it was literally cold. Not even warm, actually cold. The slush we ordered was melted. They forgot the condiments we requested. No apologies or excuses were offered. Worst Sonic ever. Seriously disappointed.
