The chicken sandwich was terrible…it tasted burnt and was also dry.. no flavor at all I could not finish it I feel like Sonic’s are going down hill they used to be good and taste

I really don’t like to complain but we waited over 15 minutes for our order (three ice creams…wouldn’t think it should take that long. And it wasn’t busy.). During the wait, we could see all the employees just standing around talking, not making food or attending to other customers. At one point, they all went outside for some reason, laughed very loudly about something and then went back in. I’m almost positive they placed a lady on hold that was making an order to do this. Not to mention, our ice creams weren’t even filled up. If I’m going to pay $6 for a Blast, I would hope to get my money’s worth. NOT worth it.

You either get exactly what you ordered or something totally different. There's no in between. Sometimes the food is really hot and fresh, and sometimes it's crap

I had a refreshing experience at this Sonic.
I made an online order pulled up. It was ready immediately. The car hop came to the car introduced herself by name and our order was correct and well-made.

I waited for 20 minutes to get my order of 2 corn dogs, 2 drinks and 2 large fries. The fries container was half empty when I got it and the drinks weren't filled to the top either. When I asked for my large fries the manager had to come out and tell me their new portion sizes do not supply the amount of the size ordered. I went back a second time to see if that would apply to everything else. And their burritos are also served with more tortilla than substance. Definitely a waste of money. We got less than what we paid for, and the parking lot was filled will pot holes. Basehor is a nice city, but this Sonic is ghetto and cheap.
Respectfully, the guy with the facial hair working the drive through window at 1-2 o’clock today (05/31) needs to be fired. Had the worst sass and attitude taking our order and at the window. Never in my life have I had such a bad experience at this location, let alone anywhere in my entire life. Unsanitary and worst customer service of my life. Will never go here again. I feel horrible for the younger employees working under him. As someone who used to be employed for this company, I know happy hour can get hectic. There is still no need to have such nasty behavior to people.
Despite the recent horrible experience, the other day a younger male employee with glasses was super nice and respectful. Older guy with facial hair needs to take notes.
