First visit was good, second was good. Took a friend, wanted to show how great hot fudge sundae was. A disaster, too much in a hurry, left whipped cream off and cherry. Won't be back, hire more help.

I've seen other reviews about how slow this sonic is but ignored them. If you are looking to get a quick bite you'd be better off going to the legends and getting something there. It'll be faster even with the drive.

Looks ran down. Parking lot needs redone. I was given tator tots that were re dipped in the fryer? they did not deny it. They are made for me but it should have never happened. There were 4 workers and they all were just chilling... If it is slow. Food should be made to

Food was awful. Ordered 2 BLT meals, an they only had 3 pieces of bacon and the bread was burned. Then got home an tried to call because we were already in for the night from having a long day. We also dont live close, we we're just driving through from Tongie to Edwardsville. Couldn't get anyone to answer. Called numerous times, probably 25 times back to back. Then tried again about 30 minutes later. Definitely terrible cooks an lack of bacon ( obviously!)

Wouldn't know how anything tasted because with only 5 cars on the lot I pulled into a stall and waited 10 minuets with the button flashing only for it to go dark with no answer. Hit the button again with the same result, then pulled around and sat in the drive through, at the speaker, for 15 minutes with nobody taking my order. I know at least 2 of the cars in the stalls are employee's because I work right next door so how I couldn't even get my order placed is beyond me. Sad that I work next door but will never be spending my money on lunch there considering I would like to actually eat during my lunch break.

Absolutely priceless sign on the drive through window... zoom in on the background on the lady sitting in a chair typing on her phone and had been sitting there the entire time i came through the drive through so atleast 10 minutes she was hanging out there.... ???I wonder if corporate has seen this ??

Breakfast burritos are actually a scam. Half the size they used to be. Do not get the breakfast burritos, you will be disappointed. All the food is poor quality. Worst sonic location I've ever been to.
