In my experience of eating here 4 times, I have never received an order correct. Don't expect your customizations to actually happen, expect your food to be its default ingredients.

Seriously, what is up with the smell?

I ordered via the app, went to pick it up, I got home and realized that they forgot half of the items that actually go on the power bowl that I ordered.
My husband called them to let them know he'd be coming back to get the toppings and they hung up on him the first time.
The second time he called back they said okay and had it ready when he got there.
We're unimpressed with the customer service.

Just hit a huge rock with my truck someone just placed at the drive thru exit, really smart idea, put a huge rock in a spot everyone is going to hit. Thanks also to the idiots in the parking lot for clogging it up so you could talk about nothing, thank you all, I hope someone hits that rock and sues, just amazing, AT LEAST MAKE IT SOMETHING TALL ENOUGH TO SEE, OR REDO THE EXIT, DONT JUST PUT A HUGE BOULDER THERE, REALLY GREAT JOB EVERYONE.

Food was fine, but took way too long!!!
No service to be had, no one welcomed us when we came into the store. Our welcome was the "Store Manager" having a screaming match with her "son" who also worked here. Another employee brought us our cups and walked away. Finally our food arrived, we ate, then decided I wanted to talk to the manager and stood at the counter for way too long to be acknowledged. Finally someone came up (AGM) and I asked who the offenders were. She told me she had just got there, and I pointed out who the offenders were. "Store Manager," Tabitha, came up after being flagged down, and her excuse to me for yelling at the other employee was "he's like my son". I informed her, how didn't care, you do not yell at an employee, and I'd be reporting her, and she got a cocky attitude and asked me if I wanted her boss's number. I told her I didn't need her boss to get ahold of corporate.
I walked out to the the car and the AGM came out. She was very apologetic, explained how she (Tabitha) is like a mother to all of them. She tried her hardest to talk her up, and pretty much begged me to not report her. I give the AGM big kudos. The AGM went above and beyond her duty. She will go far in life, and I wish her the best. She talked to us for over 5 minutes. I'm sorry girl, but you need a better Store Manager, or you need a promotion, and I will be making that phone call. One way or another I will be heard.
Finally the store, cool little building, smelled like sewage. Men's bathroom floor was sticky, toilet was dirty, sink was filthy, and looked like someone urinated on the floor. Women's bathroom looked like it was closed, as it had some red tape across the door (husband thinks it was Halloween decorations). It was hot as hell, the sliding glass door at the drive through was wide open the entire time we were there. Hello flies and bugs. Just gross!
The take away here, this location needs a new Store Manager, retraining for all the employees and the AGM needs to have some additional training and be promoted!

I am not one to leave a review, however, every time we come in our order is wrong or it’s not even made the right way. Just disappointed, it’s not like it’s cheap to eat out.
Had a very frustrating day so all I wanted was a little snack. Went inside to order a chicken Quesadilla for dinner and was told 1. We just fired a staff member 2. The manager called in sick 3. The drive through was really backed up so we are to busy to make you your food Go somewhere else today. I was completely caught off Guard by this and truly can not believe I wasn't going to get my food! It's so disappointing that they didn't even try to Accommodate my request at 5:30pm

Such long waits between each car at the drive through. It was as if they didn't start working on my order when I ordered it, but waited until I got to the window 3 cars later). I got my water and sat sipping it and answering emails. The water was completely gone before my food arrived. But they were willing to give me a refill. And then there was no fork in my bag. Thank goodness I wasn't that far from home.

Very bad experience. I used to work here it never took me thing long to get food out. The girls are just on there phone in the back. Took 30 mins to just get our food.

My quesadilla had no guacamole even though I paid for it. The quesadilla wasn't even cut. The nacho bell grande chips weren't even fried. Who wants floppy chips. This store needs to do better!!
